Esta casa centenaria, con una superficie interior total de 240 my un gran jardín, es una excelente solución para sus vacaciones en la playa y la ciudad con la familia o con un grupo de amigos. Está completamente amueblada y equipada con el fin de dotarla de todo el confort necesita un máximo de 16 px. La ubicación geográfica es ideal, ya que permite la movilidad completa de los huéspedes sin uso del coche. Alrededor lo tienes todo! Muy comercial, Tren 1 minutos a pie (acceso directo al centro de Lisboa y Cascais) ya 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Carcavelos mundo conocido para la resaca!
La carretera Marginal y la autopista A5 hace Carcavelos un lugar de fácil y rápido acceso.
El pueblo es muy hospitalaria y muy seguro (día y noche). El aparcamiento es fácil, libre y en la mayoría de lugares.

We had a very nice week in Carcavelos. My Children and Grandchildren loved the house and enjoyed the swimming pool and eating meals outside very much! Pedro Soares is very nice.

After the initial booking in October 2024 we were informed by the Property manager Pedro, that the price had not been increased to reflect 2025 prices. After further discussion we were then informed the price would increase approximately 20% due to renovation cost VRBO fees. This change made it very difficult to change through the VRBO app as the booking had already been confirmed at the initial price. This meant that after various frustrating conversations with VRBO and Pedro the initial booking had to get cancelled and we had to book again at the new increased price.On check-in Pedro was very accommodating at letting us check in 4 hrs earlier on the first day. He met us at the property, was very friendly and suggested various places to eat in the local area. The property itself was very spacious for the group number of 10 we had staying. However given that we were told that the property had been renovated there were certain elements that were not up to our expectations (given that our price increased).The garden area was overgrown in areas and could have done with some weeding and general garden maintenance. The BBQ was completely unusable due to it not being cleaned and the grates being corroded to the point in which we could not use. This was a shame as we were expecting to use on the Saturday but could not. We were informed that one of the bedrooms downstairs was unusable due to it being flooded. This wasn't an issue due to our smaller group size but could have

Pedro was so friendly and accommodating - communication with him was fantastic which made things go very smoothly.
The property suited us perfectly (11 colleagues on a study trip). It was in a super location - easy to get into central Lisbon via the train, and close enough to the beach to walk there. Parking was free on adjacent streets.
The property itself was good - nice layout, and a good outdoor area to socialise in.
