Location, walking distance of centre of Salzburg.

The location is excellent which is near central station where some big supermarkets nearby and easy to do our shopping there. It is easy to take train or bus, several restaurants and cafes are there, we can easy buy food for dinner. In addition, the room is big enough for putting several luggages.

We need to share the tea boiler, share refrigerator, no microwave, no washing machine and drier, no laundry was allowed in the room, no air-conditioner, only one fan was provided even you asked for one more. Only one set of key was provided, you cannot lock the door even you were in the room when your family member took the key out for shopping. Cannot check in after 10pm, otherwise extra money need to pay, no check in after 12MN even you already paid the money for the room, you need to find some other place to sleep.

No public use washing machine, no facilities for cooking in the kitchen. Curtains could perhaps be a bit thicker to block more light early in the morning. No appliances for cooling in the room.

The building itself is surrounded by a garden and therefore there’s privacy and not much noise from the street. the owners are both so nice and accommodating. the room and bathroom were a good size.

Uncomplicated the place that is extremely taken care of. The owner was super friendly and very helpful. There was enough parking in the yard and the room was clean and comfy. The location is great - the Hauptbahnhof is within a 3-minute walk and the river is just down the road.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the shared community kitchen complete with refrigerator, electric tea kettle, plates, utensils and glassware. This property is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to city center and is very affordable. We usually walked to the city center and then took a cab back (around 8 to 10 euros). I found this preferable to riding the tram/bus. Very close to the train station!

The room was spacious and well-lit. The bed, temperature and bath are comfortable and accommodating. There is a communal kitchen with a refrigerator (shared). Close to train station. The property is clean and well-maintained.

It is a long walk to the nicer parts of Salzburg. Unless you prefer mid-eastern or Asian restaurants, it means adding the time and distance to go dining. The kitchenette is not designed for cooking and no breakfast is provided, so count on doing some walking.
