The place was spot on. Excellent location and the house was beautiful. Lots of parking and lots of room and comfort.

The house is incredible, location is great if you want out of the big city light and sounds. The only thing that caught me by surprise is it’s a shared property (I may have missed that part when booking) luckily the other family that stayed on the property was friendly and quiet. Would definitely re book this.

The house is exactly what you would expect based on the photos and description. Everything was clean, clearly labeled and so organized. It definitely made staying in a new place such a breeze. There was plenty of space for the family to be together and enjoy one another’s company and and out of the home.

We spent 7 amazing days at the house with 8 guests. Our visitors ranges from 4m-70. The house had plenty of space for everyone as well as was so comfortable. We were all able to be at ease during our stay. 100% recommend this stay and would stay again ☆☆☆☆☆

The house is an open style and has a ton of room for everyone. 2.5 baths makes a huge difference and the outside space is wonderful. It feels secluded but is very close to the Polynesian Cultural Center and BYU Hawaii. Everyone had their own space and we all came together for movie nights and dinners together. I absolutely recommend booking this property!

Adam's place is a great location on the east side of Oahu. Minutes away from the Polynesian cultural center and also the Kualoa Ranch. Directly across the street is a beautiful beach to swim. The house also has a pond in the back as well. Overall great place to stay and will stay again next time we visit! Thanks Adam!

We absolutely loved the stunning mountain views from this house! The property was beautiful and so well kept. The layout of the house, the cleanliness, the amount of space, the provisions were all so perfect for our group of 7 (and easily could have handled a couple more). This house was amazing in so many ways- it is a perfect location for exploring the north shore towns and beaches without a long drive. We knew we didn't want to be at a resort or in crowded Waikiki, and we got a real feel for the island from this home base. Great local grocery nearby, local food and food trucks are not far either. We didn't want to leave. We will be back!

Awesome air conditioning! The 4th bedroom being outside of the main house was a little worrisome, especially with 2 twin beds intended for a child’s room. The one child in our group did not want to be so separated from his parents. So he slept on the futon in the living room, not ideal. Great kitchen. It is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, nice surroundings, beautiful views. Very nice owners. Would recommend this for a family.

My family and I absolutely love this property we have stayed in the house twice so far and we looking forward to our third trip back. The house is clean, very spacious and the grounds and the view of the mountain are majestic. I also have to give a shout out to the property manager and the owner for making you feel like Ohana.

This home was perfect. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary with our six children here. The house is located off the beaten path and is quiet and secluded. There was a place for everyone to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well equiped. We cooked most of our meals. There were plenty of towels for showering and going to the beach. Adam was great to work with and accommodating. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the island.

This property is beautiful, everything is up to date my family and friends really enjoyed our stay. Braddah Adam is solid, if I had any questions he replies right away. Love this place highly reccomend it wish I could of stayed longer!!

Adam provided 5 star services. House was very well equipped with all amenities described in the listing. House and the garden are very well maintained, place is very quite and only problem I could see are the mosquitoes. Thank you for the great hospitality Adam!

We loved our stay here. Our friends were getting married at a property down the road so it was perfect. The grounds are beautiful. Adam is just great and so helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. We had a small intimate wedding and reception in the backyard and it was absolutely perfect. The yard needed no decorating, the landscaping was full, lush, tropical, and well maintained. The main house was very comfortable with the a/c for the hottest part of the afternoon. We booked both the main house and the guest house and it worked out well for the family. There was enough room for everyone to be together at times but not in each other's hair. The manager is very friendly and responsive to any questions. There are plenty of nearby trail heads for hiking and no shortage of beaches for lounging or water sports. We saw plenty of people pole fishing from the shore but didn't have time to take advantage of that. We made wonderful memories at this property and would stay again. Thank you so much for having us!

Had a wonderful stay

We rented this property for our wedding and hope to come back someday! The grounds are GORGEOUS!!! And the house itself is very spacious and comfortable. It truly had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance you would ever need as well as lots of basics (pots/pans, dishes, cups, condiments, etc). The AC was necessary in order to get ready for our big day (because it has been such a hot and humid year so far) but otherwise, we just kept the doors and windows open for the lovely cross breeze. The wrap around lanai was So beautiful and really nice to enjoy our breakfast (and post-rehearsal dinner) on. Our guests made a point to comment on how beautiful this place really was. When we had initially taken measurements to figure out tent size, the fruit trees in the backyard were really large and full and so we chose a tent size accordingly (20x40). By the day of our event, the trees had been trimmed back, though, and so the yard could have accommodated a bigger tent (a 30x60 would have fit), which would have been more comfortable. Other than that, this venue was absolutely perfect in every way! No complaints from us at all! We LOVED this property and hope to use it again for future events or even just as a staycation getaway with a bunch of friends/family. Additionally, the property manager, Adam, was super helpful, accommodating to our needs, and very quick to respond our many many questions over the year of planning. Huge mahalo to Adam for being so on it!

We had a great time. House was very clean and safe. One of the nicest houses in the neighborhood. Comunications with the manager/owner was quick. The only bad things were the ground maintenance crew showed up early morning the first day and made a lot of noises and there is an bedroom off the porch that isn’t accessible from inside the house that had a fishy smell to it and doesn’t have a lock on it. . But overall a great experience. We would stay here again.
