Great location and wonderful condo

La vue est magnifique mais nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement que nous avions réservé. Nous avons apprécié le parking couvert et l'accès direct à la plage.
Nous avions réservé un appartement avec un grand balcon double et avec une superficie de 80m2 et nous avons eu à la place un appartement avec un petit balcon et une superficie de 70m2. Nous nous en sommes aperçu par hasard : aucune information préalable n'avait été donnée. Aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé.
L'immeuble est vieillissant, l'appartement a été refait mais il n'y a pas de store alors qu'il est plein sud.
Il y avait de la poussière par terre et les joints des salles de bain sont à changer. La douche est pleine de calcaire et l'eau ne coule pas correctement.
Il y a peu de vaisselle, il faudrait surtout plus de verres et de mugs.

The location of the property was first class.
However, the condition of the apartment was not it requires substantial renovation. The service of the letting agent was very poor. For a ten day stay there was no change of bed linen or towels no soap was provided and only one toilet roll per bathroom. I find this unacceptable. At the time of writing I am pursuing the agent for the return of my 350 euro deposit to which they are as yet unresponsive. In conclusion I would not use these agents again.

its all about the location..GREAT! the condo had everything we wanted and it was clean, but could use a little tender attention but it wouldnt stop us going there again. We had a wonderful vacation. The booking and payment process was not easy for us . It was our 37 world wide rental and had never run into a place that you just couldn.t put both payments on your credit card .Also be aware beach towels are not provided and you must pay 3euros each for a lounger at the pool per day.

Lift to level 5, main town via sun terrace, 5mins away bars etc.
Lift to level 0, beach - bars etc, 1min.
Over looking beach - bars, no noise just the sea.

Both rooms have glass walls looking out to sea. Balcony door-wall is glass panels that open completely.
General building
Fair.
Pool was closed so cannot comment.
Pool area, big, plenty of space, you will need to take your own blow-up bead.
Building dates from 70s so as the style of the 70s.
Pool bar, never tried but looked good condition and fare priced
Overall nice quality location with good access to all types of entertainment.

The apartment has absolutely the best location between Torremolinos and La Carihuela. Also the balcony and the view are magnificent, with the sunshine for all day long, along with the beautiful sunset. The handy lift takes you straight to the sandy beach. The apartment seems to be totally re-designed and is perfect e.g. for two couples. Both bedrooms are with "floor-to-ceiling" glass wall, equipped with an easy panel-curtain. It´s also very important that both of the bedrooms have their own spacious bathrooms and toilets. And the funny spa-showers are worth experiencing!
Kitchen is tiny and clean, but we prefer to have all our meals in the (very many!) restaurants in the neighborhood.
The only disappointment was the closed pool on sundeck. The weather was perfect for sunbathing and a little dip, at least for us northern people. We also got an impression that the pool is in use around the year. But... we swam in the sea anyway.
If you appreciate a perfect location, view, silence and cool interior with full of light, this could be your choice.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, excellent shower. Lift down to Carihuela, beach and bars. 12 minute walk to Torremolinos and Metro. Also a few very nice bars within a few minutes walk by the supermacardo. Will stay again very soon.

This is a lovely apartment in a good location. The concierge on site is a good addition. The only downside was the pool wasn’t open which was a shame as it looks really nice and the grounds are very well kept. The views from apartment are stunning and the location is quite quiet but only a few minutes to get to the action/beach. The 2 bedrooms are great with the glass walls and en-suite to both.
Loads of channels on the tv but only about 3 English ones and all of those are news channels and quite hard to find amongst the 5000 others. It would benefit from a little directory and maybe some tourist info in the apartment although Aurelio’s guidance was spot on and he even helped us with the channel search.

This apartment has the best views all the way down the beach to the port in Benalmadena. The property is tastefully furnished in pastel shades and has two bedrooms with glass walls that enable you to see through the glass all the way to the sea promenade. The kitchen is perfect. The lift to the promenade is great for taking you down to the walk way all along the beach to the port via shops and cafes and bars. We went for a week in September and apart from some refurbishment going on it was nice and quiet and we had a relaxing stay. A shopping trolley is provided in the apartment for this which is helpful. It was also nice to have our own shower rooms especially as they were really well done and very modern. There is a lovely restaurant about 200 yards from reception that provides really good fresh food if you don't feel like cooking. All in all a great stay.
