The room was clean! All the facilities in the room were in good condition and worked properly. The place is quite and beatiful.

Nice wooden Cubin.
Tiny inconvenient couch, no table no rug, no pictures in the walls. old air-condition. Sad place.

Large room, comfortably bad, quiet
the place is full of dust and spider webs (including dead flies right over the microwave). dirty kitchen drawers , rotten fruits deserved , outdoor has nothing to do with the pictures published .

Breakfast is wonderful, feels high-value and the dining hut is lovely.
The place has all basic amenities you need and a bit more.
Pool and trampoline are great for children.
Location is great - if you have a car to get around, Hosen area is full of things to do.
There's free parking and an option to bring pets along.
The place needs a better clean in terms of the amount of dust sitting on some of the items.
Some of the facilities / furniture are a bit worn out.
Grain coffee was post its expiration date and was not looking good.
The are right outside the cabin did not seem welcoming.

Breakfast was amazing, room was bigger than expected, the host was friendly and informative, all in all I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
The only thing that I can think of is the lighting in the rooms was not sufficient. Both me and my partner had difficulty with the lighting.

In booking.com it is mentioned that apartment area is 430 ft2 (40 m2). Actually, it is no more than 25 m2. There is about 10 m2 gallery with few beds, but the average hight of it is only 1.2 m. So that area cannot be included.
Sound insulation is very poor.
There are few defects in bathroom.

The breakfast super perfect! Brian and his wife they are very educated and willing to give us what we need for our stay, an attentive reception with wine, beer, chocolates and fruit. my family and I definitely happy we could stay at this place again!!!
