Poor cleanliness, dirty sheets, no complementary water or tea, resistance to taking digital payments. The AC stopped working after 3am. Simply not worth the amount they charged.

Good place and good ambience. Loved the stay here.

They better change the bedsheets and the blanket because it was looking like old black sheets which have not been washed for long time.

Location, staff was good even owner was nice and friendly. Room size was also okay.

They really need to upgrade their towels Pillos and bedsheets .

The outside was untidy, found the room with a full bin stinging. Felt robbed when they charged me 1000 extra rupees for checking in 4 hours before the actual check in time yet i had enquired and requested before hand and they didn't reply my email, also i checked out 6 hours before the time, but that wasnt considered. There was no toilet paper in the room.just to mention a few

I like how helpful the hotel manager, Mr Arish was. He helped show me around Mulund and where to buy this I needed even under the rain. He was very supportive and a perfect gentleman. Thank you Mr Arish and you boys (the other hotel staff) we took nice pictures together. The internet wifi was OK, but hard to come after the electricity light went off for a few minutes.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms didn't have the necessary comfort amenities like refrigerator, hot water kettle, washing machine, small room. Tiny tiny Cochroaches running up and down, in and out of the bedsheets, matrass and wooden bed. Mosquitoes, the bathroom was also dirty with plenty hair of previous occupants stuck in the water way. Bedsheets are not super clean. The cleaners should receive more training and be more devoted in their duties.
