Двухэтажные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Здание с историей, высокие потолки, камин, балкон. Дружелюбные гостеприимные хозяева. Очень приветливые, помогли с парковкой на время, когда перекрывались улицы. Благодарность за отдых и радушный прием. Были бы рады возвращаться сюда вновь и вновь.

Мне нужно было получить инвойс от этих апартаментов, тк букинг возмещал мне половину затрат.
На мою просьбу персонал, она же женщина владелица, ответила, что никаких чеков и инвойсов они не дают. Но поскольку этот объект для меня нашла служба поддержки букинга, я настояла на своем. Но решила на всякий случай связаться со службой поддержки еще раз, для объяснения что делать то. Пока я связывалась со службой поддержки, это заняло не больше часа. Женщина- владелица апартов, подошла ко мне и со странной интонацией( а я была непосредственно в апартаментах уже, куда она меня и пригласила собственно) повторюсь, я находилась там не более часа. Могут 30 даже. Короче женщина со странной интонацией сказала мне следующее «я жду деньги! В ваших же интересах заплатить мне сейчас! Мой сын работает в органах»
На что я ответила женщине, что живу в Грузии уже три года, и мой муж грузин и так со мной она не имеет права разговаривать. После моих слов, мне сразу же оформили инвойс и стали общаться вежливо.

It was close to the centre of the city and within walking distance of anywhere we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants and markets close by. The apartment was clean and quiet. We have stayed here on two different occasions. The owner/manager was friendly and make check in easy.

We stayed in two apartments in the complex - both were pleasant, clean and gave a homely feeling. The big advantage is the great location - a two minute walk from Liberty Square but still very quiet. The hosts are very nice and made us feel at home - also helped us with transportation to the airport
One of the apartments has steep stairs without a handrail, and it is not suitable for families with young children

The owners were really nice, they stay at the next door and they were very helpful about kitchen staff and everything else! The bed was really comfy, there is hot water 24/7, house was so clean, I loved the location as well! I can say that it became my home in Tbilisi!

First adjectives comes to my mind to describe this place are homish and cozy.
Spent 4 nights literally at the heart of the Old Tblisi. Despite being a walking distance to almost everywhere around the city, the room was surprisingly quiet, very clean and well equipped🤩 Really loved it.

The hosts were really lovely. I was picked up from the airport very early in the morning and driven straight to the property. Everything was as expected, just perfect for my stay. Highly recommend

The apartment is clean, pretty, and has everything you need, the hosts are next door and very welcoming and helpful. The owner met us at the airport at 4am after our flight was delayed. Location is great!
We liked everything, we stayed with a 6 year old and it was great, but the staircase to the bedroom upstairs is not safe for younger children.

Very nice people and the apartment is located in the 150 years old building that overwhelmed us with its authenticity. you can park near stairs to the apartment and see how real Georgian lived in authentic neighborhood. The owner is always available and helped us a lot. Loved the place.
just small issue with stairs but this is a part of enjoying the real authentic Georgian house.

The apartment is very cozy and well decorated. Loved the balcony - nice place to have some wine after kids go to sleep. Location is great - we wanted to spend some time in the old Tbilisi and everything was very close. The hosts very really nice and accommodating.
