Ants in the bathroom, hole on the mosquito net, bed sheet not fitting the double bed...if you move you find yourself on the mattress with no sheet underneath you, cold scrambled eggs for breakfast and stale breakfast rolls!

The localisation is marvellous- you have great, private place to chill at the lake and the room with the outstanding view. The staff is really nice - not everyone speaks English, but everyone is trying their best. It’s giving strong 80’s / 90’s vibe - but it’s not that problematic.

The rooms and common areas could be cleaner. The curtains in the room were disgusting - really dirty, but the bedsheets and towels were 100 % clean.

Good value for the price.

The amenities were so-so. Half of the curtain was missing in one of our rooms, one toilet was running, the bedsheet didn’t cover the full mattress, the cleaning could have been more thorough. The staff seemed to be staffed straight from school, some of them should evaluate their career choices as couple of them couldn’t really care less about the guests. Majority of them were nice. When we listed the shortcomings of the rooms at check out , the girl didn’t even bother to take a note for maintenance. The food was good. There were always couple meat options, vegetarian option, dessert. The location directly on the beach was great. Kids pool and a small bay from the lake was available for small children. Swimming pool, club room were available. Dog friendly.

The location is very quiet in general, and the private entrance to the lake is very nice. The sunset view was stunning and the room view to the lake was pretty.

The cleanliness of the room and bathrooms was bad. A lot of deteriorated things lacking maintenance. Dinner was not good, no vegetarian option, no salad, and descriptions only written in Hungarian. In the morning the breads were not fresh and the coffee was of poor quality. The place seems not to be very friendly towards tourists and thought for locals. For the standards the place is not good for the value.

Very good location, good value for money if someone doesn't mind an old hotel, room very old but comfortable except the bed. Food also acceptable. Staff very friendly. View excellent, indoor pool sparkling clean

The location was perfect, very quiet and remote, ideal for families with children. We had breakfast and dinner included, the food was tasty (open buffet). Even if the hotel is not the most modern, it was very clean and they let us come with our cat. The beach and garden are wonderful, we spent a relaxing extended weekend and will definitely come back next year.

More options for lunch, the selection is already limited and some of the meals were not available so we basically had little choice. If you stay here more than 2 days, you would not have much to eat for lunch, always the same few meals. Cleaning services started way too early, they knocked on our door before 9 AM, we had just finished breakfast and were preparing to go to the beach; it would be better if they started after 10 AM so that you are not in the room.
