Location.
Worn out and poorly maintained. It was freezing outside and there was no heating in the room that worked. When we approached reception and asked for an electric heater to get some heat in the room, we were told that there were extra blankets in the cupboard...! The staff were not particularly welcoming and were not very engaged in their work.

the location was very good and the rooms clean every day.
we had an auxiliary bed, and it was not great. the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.

We had a quiet stay. Very affordable price. Very friendly staff. Good parking facility.
It is a basic hotel that is outdated and does need a renovation. There was a musty smell, the aircon was very noisy and there were not enough plugs to charge your devices.
