Great rooms, large, very warm, very comfortable beds, large bathroom, sofa in the living room of the suite is convertible into 2 single beds. 2 large wardrobes and 2 working tables in the suite, large balcony. Very comfortable beds, and very good cleaning every day. Shuttle to the large area from the hotel and ski lift right behind the hotel to the small area. Stuff in the restaurant is very good and careful. Really highly recommend the hotel.

The only disappointing thing was the kitchen. Hotel pretend to be a hotel with high cuisine restaurant - but most of the food during our 1 week staying was not tasty. It was possible to find something quite good in the menu, but not perfect and not delicious. On HB you may choose 4 dishes (1 starter, 1 hot starter, 1 main dish and 1 dessert) you choose from 3 choices in the menu, 2 choices are always the same and 1 is changing everyday. When you paying near 500 euro for 1 night of staying it is strange that fried egg or mixed salad cost an extra 6-8 euro on the breakfast. Bathrobe also cost extra 5 euro (and was not available when we asked for it). It is better to take a little bit more money of 1 night but include fried and boiled eggs and some vegetables in the breakfast.

The property is located in a very good area, away from the crowded Pozza , all the staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, cozy, the beds are comfortable. Everything was great, we will came back next year. Thanks to all the staff!

It would be nice to have heaters on the outside terrace. A lot of sweet stuff for breakfast(very good otherwise), but for someone who doesn’t eat sweet pastry for breakfast, there could be more options without ordering. But it is just a small sugestion, it doesn’t mean that much.

If you ever visit Val Di Fassa you must definitely stop at the @xalphotel. The structure is modern and cosy, the personnel is really friendly and professional and the spa is really nice. The view from the rooms is really compelling and the external Jacuzzi is the icing on the cake!

The hotel is new, and you feel it! Everything is super nice and well design. The breakfast was good (although everything was finish on 9:20, and we should ask over and over to bring us things).

The room is small. There were renovations on the hotel balcony (just below our room). They started at 7am!

Excellent stay... wonderful staff...would like to come again if we ever visit Italy again....will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends in India!

Excellent hotel in the Fossa Valley. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Great continental breakfast selection - can't go wrong with natural honeycomb. Evening meal was excellent. Located next to Vajolet lift which is perfect start and finish for a day hiking in the mountains.

Would have been a bonus to have lunch at the hotel, but no bad thing as we had a walk into Pozza di Fassa.

The location was fabulous. We had a suite with a beautiful view of the mountains. Every single member of staff in the hotel were more than helpful and very engaging. We ate a couple a times in the restaurant in the evening. The food was exceptional with lots of local dishes to choose from. We came in our own car. Good parking at the front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was amazing! The coziest room we ever stayed in. So clean and beautiful and the view from the room was just - WOW! The breakfast was very rich and tasty and the host in the reception was so nice and helpful. Also the hotel is so beautiful and had a nice cozy area.

We ate dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was not worth the value at all ...

Great terrace with a Jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. well designed hotel, perfect place to stay for summer or winter vacation. Great on site parking.

The hotel is well located, modern, beautiful rooms, the hotel reception staff is really helpful
