Location is good near the metro station. The room is spacious.

we were five adults in a family, but only had 4 beds, my sister slept on old sofa bed, it was very discomfort. The online system to check.in and put deposit were complicated and difficult to follow. Message between the host and us were not effective even confusing. The room address was wrong and exact room number were not written on the door. We spent almost 30minutes searching around the apartment block to find the room.That was ridiculous especially we arrived in late night.

Good location, close to metro station, good neighbourhood and easy to enter the apartment upon arrival. Kitchen was well equipped. It was good to have air condition in the apartment.

When we arrived, first thing we realised that all the blinds were completely broken. In the smaller bedroom we couldn't pull down the blinds at all, in the other bedroom and in the living room both blinds were torn off. So in one room we couldn't sleep because of the light, and in the other two it was dark for the whole duration of our stay. Water was dropping from the air conditioning in the living room. We asked for help, and in a few hours someone came without any tools, and managed to fix the air conditioning, but he couldn't do anything with the broken blinds. He told he would let the owner know, but nothing happened thereafter. The walls are paper thin. Although the neighbourhood is not so noisy, we still couldn't sleep at all. We are really disappointed, we checked several apartments, and based on the photos this seemed to be the best option, however it really didn't match the reality. It was not a good value for the money we had to pay.

It was nice to stay in the old town of Barcelona. Walking distance to the local restaurants, markets, and metro station.

If the owner can prepare kitchen towels and napkins should be great. It’s located in the downtown area, and if you need quite space during your sleep time, you might disappoint.

Digital keys were received very quickly as promised to one device, we had to do a bit of fine tuning to get the second digital key to arrive, but nothing time consuming or difficult, and the whole idea of the bluetooth keys is great - no need to collect anything or remember to return them or worry about losing them, having it on the phone is perfect.

The location is nice.

The walls are made of paper. You can hear everything in the street and at the neighboura (trash truck at 3 am, someone driving at 4, neigbours retourning at 5...) We basicly couldnt sleep properly for 2 nights. The appartment its ok but it lacks maintenance. Too expensive for the price.

The apartment was very cosy and clean, location was decent. Living room and kitchen facilities give you an opportunity to dine in if you wish, which is great when you're tired from walking all day.

Sometimes noise came from the streets, but I guess we have to blame the noisy people and maybe thin walls haha.

Very Noisy - too close to the street. The aircondition did not work properly and the pump is very noisy.

Very clean and spacious, it had a pretty theme. The host was very nice, had a great personality and left behind a book that had a lot of information of the surrounding area as well as instructions for every device you might want to use in the apartment - this was very helpful. It also lists vegetarian restaurants which helped one of our guests. The local area is beautiful, the supermarket is up the street and so are plenty of food places. Google maps isn’t great in this area so double check where you’re walking to. The metro station is up the street and easy to find, it takes about 5 minutes to travel to the centre of Barcelona by metro and about 30 minutes to travel to Barcelona beach which is full of fancy restaurants and has an amazing sea. The big room was extremely spacious and had air conditioning and a huge open wardrobe, the smaller room had storage space under the bed which was clever and accessible. As adults it was a bit hard getting around each other but for children this room would be perfect! There was additional bedding in the rooms in case you got cold and two comfortable pillows on the beds. We enjoyed our stay and used the kitchen facilities which were clean and very nice. The bathroom did the job and the host had left soap which we used. For the price, it was a good deal and I would definitely book again.

The bunk beds - the top bunk is a little hard to get into as the bar seems insecure and makes an odd noise when you try to grip it. I managed to sleep in it every night and had no issues once in it but it sounded like the bar was moving around when pulled.

The location of the apartment is very good. It is close to the metro station, supermarket and many restaurants and bars. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The road outside is very noisy in the night because of the passing people and the motor vehicles. The internet connection was poor.
