hotel staff was very cooperative. they were found struggling to meet customer requirement. In my view the staff was excellant and should be appreciated.

tioletries were not given. the property was having feel like its an hospital. Phynile was smelling everywhere. Ambience was very poor. Management was not caring. Only attendent staff was very excellant and cooperative

Breakfast facility is available but not cost effective. No more vehicle noise in the hotel campus. good parking area and green environment.

Bathroom basin was not in good condition( leakage in the drain pipe). T.V. cable connectivity was poor ( no more chanel was available for entertainment). tangue cleaner was not provided with tooth brush.

Rooms were clean. Spacious and neat. Staff are very welcoming.

Hot water isn't available all day. Just twice which is morning and night. But if required you can ask the staff. And room feels really empty maybe some poster will fix that issue.

The advertised price of the room was for non air-conditioned on arrival it came as a surprise. The hotel is located quite inside the city which is more like an isloated area. The price which i paid was ripped off for an air-conditioned room. They charged me a four star hotel stay price. No resturant, in the hotel room service out of the question. It looked like 80s dharamshala. Not recommended to stay for any body .
