Really exceptional and friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a block away from Bolívar square (and not too far down from bustling Cra.23, as Manizales drops away quite quickly to either side in places but a little less so in the two blocks here). Good showers, good WiFi, and quiet at night plus a solid breakfast for the price. A good option for those looking to stay in centro rather than the zona rosa.

Clean and spacious rooms(well ventilated). Close to everything. Very accomodating staff, special mention to ALEJANDRA who help me get another hotel for my second night; she really did not stop calling nearby hotels, it was Manizales' foundation week long celebration so hotels were fully book.

Cheap, clean, not noisy

Shower didnt have warm water in the beginning but they could fix it. There was only one towel for two people in the bathroom. Our room was seperated only by a window and curtain from the breakfast area. The pictures make the hotel look brighter than it is, but its ok if you look for a cheap hotel to stay.

From the ouside it doesn't say much, but the rooms are quite modern and have everthing you need. Bed side lamp and hot water in the shower! Just 2 blocks from the Cathedral.

The room has a large window that face other room a few meters away. To get some privacy you need to keep the curtains closed all the time.

It is a simple but nice and clean hotel. The rooms are like the photos shown on the page. The staff is very helpfull and friendly, they helped us with transport, food delivery, extra blankets and towels and the breakfast was good. There is hot water, we had a room at the back and there was no noise.

Exceptional staff, location is great, large room (ask for ones in back with real window) Very clean and quiet in downtown.
