Nothing really

What you see on this picture is not what is on the ground. The location is very bad, rooms are stuffy not comfortable. No complimentary water, no tea and worse is you have to pay for breakfast.

Some of the staff were friendly, some were not. The WIFI at times was not strong enough. There were additional items added to the breakfast bill on two occasions. The room was clean but the bathroom had issues. The toilet was leaking from the base and there was often a drain like smell which could be quite strong. The cleaners always did a thorough job and the man on reception was very helpful with my issues. The breakfast was good every time and the morning waiter was always very polite and attentive.

Rooms in need of a little updating. Leaks in the bathroom require attention. Sometimes the staff seemed to be asleep whle they were sat at the bar.

The price of the breakfast are different in the room menu and in the breakfast terrace. Expensive and no good.

There only on taxi driver and the receptionist just let you talk with the only one with the price. And you have to pay much high than normal . The staff’s English is poor, the English speaking guests are not welcomed.

The restaurant had excellent food and the Staff were very helpful.

If you could move the hotel a bit closer to the city centre......!

The location on the lagoon was beautiful. It was like paradise sitting by the pool looking out onto the water. There was a.c. and the room had a balcony. The staff were nice as well, and they made delicious drinks.

The breakfast selection could have been better. Also the yogurt had gone bad.

I requested a shuttle at the airport. The driver was friendly and polite. The security man was also friendly and assisted me with my suitcases as well as chasing couple of geckos in the bathroom.

The single room I booked was not cleaned. The air conditioning was not working properly. The TV was not working. There was not towels in the bathroom

the location is nice but the access is very bad

the access to the hotel. they didn’t send the shuttle to pick me up and didn’t responde on time that it wasn’t possible

The location and the fact that there are family rooms

Too many mosquitoes. The room should have been sprayed before.
