Very satisfied with our recent stay at this property. We loved its location, its amenities, and its comfort. Our hosts were attentive and easily reached. The pool was an added plus that made my day. All in all 5 stars plus and more for the price and accessibility to everything the "strip" and Clark County has to offer. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property, we will definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was an easy drive into town when we wanted to, but it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle as well. The property manager was great to deal with. He answered all my questions almost immediately. We will look this property up when we come back to Vegas again.

This property was just perfect. Two adults and three teenage boys. We saved a ton of money doing meals at home vs eating out. You have everything you need. Safe area, respectful neighbors, lovely home. Large enough to have your own space, but cozy enough to all come together. The pool was great. Communication with property owner was great. Beds were comfortable. Some properties really skimp here…NOT here! Slept like a dream 😴 (this is important on vacation!) Great home base for area attractions (including the Grand Canyon) my only regret is not staying longer!!! If you are questioning it, don’t. PERFECT in every way. The pictures don’t do it justice. Little slice of heaven close to everything. Will stay here any time we come to Nevada, and look forward to visiting their other properties now too!

A planned family vacation was made all the better by staying in this Desert Oasis. We were able to visit many of the surrounding sites (Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and the Vegas strip) and then retreat to the relaxation of the in-ground pool. The house is very well-maintained with clear instructions throughout. The host proactively reached out to make sure everything was as expected and was very responsive.
Our last day was a planned day of kayaking and, had I not pre-paid for the activity, I would have been over-ruled because everyone wanted to hang out at the house.
I would recommend this home rental to anyone seeking to add to their vacation experience. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and there is abundant shopping near-by. Having a washer and dryer available was an added bonus as we were in and out of the pool frequently. The wifi signal was very strong and my youngest really enjoyed playing the PlayStation.
All in all, a great vacation!

This home was a perfect home base for our family of 6. The heated pool was enjoyed by all of us. The neighbourhood was quiet and very safe. Kitchen was very well appointed. Communication with the owner was stellar. No complaints at all, highly recommend.

The property was as listed! !! All the comforts of home. Modern, cozy, fully stocked with all the amenities you can think of. Great place to relax and not far from the LasVegas strip. Beautiful parks and walking trails all near by. Shopping very near by. Would recommend this vacation home to anyone who seeks a home away from home vacation !!

I appreciated finding this rental at the last minute. It was just what we needed. It was well furnished, very clean, and comfortable as well.
It was also close to the veterans’ service area where we had appointments, so it worked out well.

Nice location. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood trail to the playground. The pool heated up nicely despite it being pretty cold outside. We swam everyday. Great communication with host. Everything went smoothly.

We loved this VRBO. It was the perfect location for us to spend our honeymoon. Home was welcoming, clean and well equipped The host was super responsive and accommodating to all needs. If I could rate this 10 stars - I would.

We generally enjoyed our stay. It was smaller than we expected, but still enough room for the 5 of us. It is too bad the Las Vegas has such a reputation for bad house parties that we were prohibited from having a couple of people over for an hour without clearing it first and getting IDs. Things that could use improvement … being able for us to control the temperature (heat came on very, very early in the morning, making it too warm, inability to open bedroom windows), and updated instructions for when we left the house. You actually have to push one extra button outside to fully engage the lock.

The house is conveniently located and met our needs very well. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed being able to get away from those activities. The pool offered respite from the 108° heat. We would stay again.

The home is very clean and the backyard pool gives you that hotel/resort feel ALL TO YOURSELVES!

The house was perfect for our visit. We visited the 1st week in April and payed to have the pool heated. It was worth it and my kids (ages 9 and 12) loved it. It was easy to get on the highway from the neighborhood, so it was a good location to explore the Las Vegas area. We would stay here again.

Great location beautiful pool everything you need
4 adults who came to Vegas to do much more than the strip. Great location for kayaking hiking different canyons Mount Saint Charleston the art District the strip and Fremont Street.

My family and I had an amazing time. Everything we needed was in walking distance for those that like to walk. My children visited the water park daily. The house had everything and the pool was perfect.

We had a rental car, we commuted to the strip once a day for activities we had booked (with covid book ahead). John was quick to respond. We had to change the house temp a few times. The house has everything you need. Felt like home. Very clean.

If you go in the colder month, asked for it to be heated, cost a little bit more but worth it. The house is very nice and plenty of room for 4-6 people. The neighborhood the house is in is very nice, plenty of shopping near by and the interstate to get down the strip in just under 30 minutes (depending on traffic). We had a great time and would look at this place again if we come back to Vegas.
