Nothing...because we did not stay there due to over booking. They had direct bookings and we did not have room to stay.

When we arrived we were told that it was fully booked by the staff Harish. When we said we booked thru booking.com we were informed that thay had full booking directly so they cannot accomodate us. The manager Amit Choudary came on phone and told us that we should have booked 1 week earlier and should have called and confirmed the booking. He offered to put us up at other properties..but we were upset and left the premise disappointed. Our home is just 3 hrs away and we came back home. Imagine this happening to people coming from north India with family and children. Booking.com should just remove this property from its list.

It has many antiques.Location seems closer to many tourist places

Many 1. The property is not even worth for 1000 rupees, but they are charging for more than 4000 rupees 2. They claim water heater available for 24 hours, but they switched off water heater remotely. So we don't get hot water always. 3. The room was not clean at all. Bedsheets were not washed properly. We had to ask for each amenities like toothbrush, towel etc 4. The room was always having smell of smocking We didn't get a different room when we requested for 5. Breakfast is very poor. Sambar doesn't have any vegitable. Only idli and bread toast was there. Both are not tasty at all. 6. Above and all, hotel name is not mentioned anywhere, and they don't give bill. They take GST of 1000 rupees but they don't have GST ID Overall not worth if the price is 4000

My children enjoyed family room very much , Breakfast is soooo very tasty & home made w. Mr.Amith Manager Is very polite & Everything which is asked with smile he gets done The staff is sooooo very good ( Ashish ,Michael) well trained & cleaning is done e very time we handover the keys in reception..very neat & clean & hygienic ..
