It has been recently renovates. All is new.

it is an excellent base for exploring the local area. If I had one complaint it would be hot water in the shower it sometimes went cold all of a sudden but this was a minor issue

Lovely place clean and spacious. Had a balcony. The kitchen had all the equipment you need. Close to the front about 5/10 mins walk. You have a code to get in, once the reception is shut didn't use pool so can't comment.

Terrible smells in both apartments from drains/sewage. Reported to staff, but no actions taken. Left a day early and relocated elsewhere. No compensation - couldn't put up with bad smells any longer.

silent room even if it had a street view on the ground floor, nice and modern design, swimming pool at the location. easy parking, close to the beach, natural reserves and different sport activities in the area.

The coffee machine was half-broken, the shower had low pressure, no kitchen paper or napkins or kitchen rag, only one roll of toilet paper - a bit unconvinient to travel with extra rolls or buy a whole pack of 10 - finally we got an extra roll with a comment that 'it is an apartman, not a hotel'. It would be recommendable to have wooden spoon to avoid scratching the frying pans. it would be good to have a mantle.

nice apartment, well equipped, great location, close to the beach, nice supermarket 3 min walking, no issues with parking, nice swimming pool, great check in experience, place is also 15 min from the town with restaurants, bars etc. I would definitely recommend for few days stay

basics missing - no tea/coffee, no basics like salt and pepper in the kitchen, no soap in the bathroom, limited toilet paper (one roll), if I travel I expect to have basics covered, especially for the apartments which are not low price places, internet was relatively slow

facilities were great, all new and clean

staff was very rude and helpless. didn’t want to give ya recommendations and didn't make us feel welcome

We keep on returning because we love the location (3min walk from the beach), is dog friendly and has a good environment overall.

The apartments need some extra effort on maintenance side (a couple of days airco had issues), some areas are starting to be a bit below standards and need repair (balconies with cracks, general area by the pool, etc). But the area that needs further attention is cleanliness, every year that goes by there is less attention and the apartments at check-in are definitely below the standards I expect. Most likely I will give it another try but really expect to see some effort to bring back the standards from a couple of years ago, otherwise we will change.
