Everything else. Room was wonderful, clean (except for the insects), beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. Had everything we needed to just relax. The grounds were well maintained and so beautiful. Great pools, Delicious food served in their restaurant, and very friendly staff. In these times or covid-19, we felt safe everywhere we went in this hotel. They are following and enforcing proper protocol throughout the whole grounds. We will definitely be back here soon.

Rooms were filled with insects. I understand we are in the mountains in the middle of the woods, but no reason why so many insects are inside the rooms. We literally woke up with insects on our sheet every day. Everything is white inside the room which makes it really easy to see those critters. It's truly the only thing I could say that this hotel lacks. Everything else is wonderful. If they fix the bugs issue, they would get a perfect score.
