We will be forever grateful to our hostess who gave us a very warm welcome and then went out of her way to arrange for a taxi-van to take us and out bikes the next day closer to our final destination of Sete. Many many thanks. We were thrilled we only had to ride 10kms to Sete from Frontignan where he also found us a patisserie for our breakfast and would still have been in plenty of time for work at 8am. We will always remember you both.

It wasn't a family friendly hotel. There are no facilties.The parking is a bit far, 15-20 minutes.

Keep your luggage at all time safely locked and secured against theft. The front desk is never occupied by anyone at all and everybody can enter the hotel from the main street unnoticed. When leaving the hotel I accepted the hotel’s offer for luggage storage in a separate room for a few hours. Expected a safe storage, but was extremely disappointed. During luggage storage my bags were opened and everything of value was stolen, including even clothing. Having realized that, I returned later to the hotel and informed the manager that several items had been stolen. I told the manager that future guest could benefit from knowing that luggage storage on the hotel is not monitored, and therefor unsecure. Customers can then decide whether to use luggage storage as an option. In my opinion a review on booking.com could helpful. The manager in no way agreed with my assessment and suggestion. The situation resulted in an immediate unprovoked and very unpleasant outburst of anger by the manager. He refused the fact that anything have stolen and pushed me very violently out of the hotel’s dark back yard, and hit me very hard with his fit in the back of my head and chased me down the streets until I escape among other tourists. I was shocked. Will of course recommend going anywhere else. Vraiment je ne recommande pas. Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hotel.”

the hotel is a two basic star and by basic I mean really basic. everything is below minimum standard: room, service etc.

Sa situation

Good typical French breakfast with a very nice server. Location is the best, as it is right in the canal in center of town. Million dollar view from the room.

The room is very basic. It has a small fridge. The bathroom would nit drain well and although they tried to fix it the problem continued until the end.

The room was spacious enough. Bathroom and toilets very clean although pretty basic. The hotel has lost its charm despite a very favorable location. Value for money was great.

A bit basic and run down but very clean though. The remodelling is cheap.
