The apartment is spacious and comfortable for two people and very clean with all the kitchen appliances and equipment. Ideal for long-term stay and walking distance to the negombo beach.

Could use a Duvet and a hairdryer

Excellent apartment. Very well equipt with a nice balcony overlooking the town. Very helpful and friendly staff. We thoroughly recommend Park Lane as a base to explore Negombo.

We liked our stay here, the room/apartment was big and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. They have a small cute pool, where you can chill and refresh. The property is close to the beach, city centre is little far.

Shehan is an amazing host, he made our first impression of the country very pleasent. He was very helpful with everything. Room is spacious, have balcony, fridge, hot water, drinking water and more.

Nice place to stay at Negombo. Our room was simple and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were totally friendly and helpful. Shehan picked us up at the airport and also brought us to the bus station and helped us to find the right bus when we continued travelling. At the first evening we had an amazing dinner made up by Shehans wife (we asked for it in advance). Absolutely delicious! Breakfast came with fresh fruits, omelette, bread and jam and tea. Simple, but fine!

We stayed 2 weeks and there is nothing to complain about. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, kettle, cutlery etc. The Wi-Fi was fast. The bed was big and comfortable. The host Shehan was very friendly and helpful.

Shehan picked me up at the airport. He supported me to get a Dialog SIM. He was always very helpful and kind. Also the stuff. They always smiled and took good care of me. I felt a home. When I returned from my trip Shehan arranged the best room for me he had. I did not have to pay more. Very nice family, lovely wife and two sons full of joy. I will not forget this warm wellcome and true hospitality.

Simply The Best You Can Find in Negombo If You are a budget Traveller Everything was Perfect Hope to Visit Again If i had the chance to rate this place in a single word i'd Say "Excellent"

Everything Was Perfect

Comfortable, spacious, and clean apartments 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, and bars. Big big thanks to Shehan (the owner) who was an extremely helpful and polite host. Totally recommended to all!

Room was incredibly clean with plenty of space

staff were great and we received a warm welcome to the property. bed was comfortable and room was clean.

the images of the pool were a little misleading. The pool was around 3 metres wide under cover and walled in so unfortunately no outside space which we were looking forward to. There was only 1 fork, spoon etc in the kitchen which was not very practical but overall we enjoyed our stay :-)

A convenient place in a safe neighborhood. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Courteous staff. The owner is a wonderful person who had former experience in the hotel and hospitality business and has applied it well in his own place. I would definitely come again.

Sheehan & the staff who run the property were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, if there was a problem, they were only too willing to try & solve it. Sheehan was waiting for us when we arrived at about 5am, a very inhospitable time but he was there waiting for us! The room was very big and clean, the tv wasn't working but it was sorted out for us quickly, as was the gas for the hob. There is a big water cooler in the kitchen which was very helpful & saved us having to buy our own like many other places in Sri Lanka. The pool is small but nice to just go & cool off in when you are very hot. There is a washing machine that we used & a couple of bicycles that were very handy - I used one a few times & took a ride into Negombo Town on one once (an eye opener!) Sheehan sorted out a taxi for our onwards journey also, and if we are ever in Negombo again, we would definitely consider staying at Park Lane 88 Apartments again.

The wi-fi dropped in & out a lot & was very inconsistent, not a biggie for some people but for us we use it a lot for communication & keeping up with what's happening at home, and for watching films on streaming platforms, so it is important. However, we have stayed in a few places since and this seems to be a bit of a problem throughout Sri Lanka.

I highly recommend this place, I'm a sri lankan living in a foreign country and I found this place super comfy and safe, also the staff is very nice and kind🤗
