House in a very quiet rural area with easy accessibility. 3.5 km from the beach
Casa rural de 50m2 situada en un tranquilo paraje de arboles subtropicales, cercada, jardín, piscina con luces de colores, barbacoa techada, terraza con buena orientación al sol, aparcamiento sombreado dentro de la parcela y todo totalmente privado.
La casa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con aire acondicionado, calefacción, wifi, tv satélite, Smart TV, horno, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora. Dos dormitorios uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas de 90cm, ambos cuentan con lámpara de techo con ventilador, un cuarto de baño completo y salón. Todo en perfectas condiciones y limpieza garantizada.
La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y comunicada, a menos de 1km de la autovía. Algunos lugares cercanos de interés son:
- 0,5km Cajiz (pueblo pequeño)
- 4km de la playa
- 10km de Torre del mar y el Centro Comercial El Ingenio.

In the house there are two bedrooms, one with a big bed and the other one with two small beds (90cm each). Moreover, there is a bathroom with hydroshower, a living room and a kitchen, which has all the necessary equipment, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a washing machine. The house is also equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating and TV. It is only 4 km far away from the beach and 1 km from the highway, through which you can get to the shopping center in 10 minutes by car.

Very well set up and completely private property in rural setting. We loved the pool and air conditioned house. The pool is kept perfectly clean by Rafael every morning.The house and property were spotless when we arrived. Literally everything is provided, including things like spices for cooking, cleaning materials and even a sun umbrella and chilly bin to take to the beach.Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are great too. There is always a place to sit in the shade, which was great, since we were there during a heat wave.Communication with Adelaida via whatsapp was almost instant every time.We would come again if we ever get back to Spain!

This is a beautiful place in the countryside. We have never relaxed so much. It's a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches but you do need a car as there isn't really anything within walking distance. Lots of countryside noises which we're used to and the house, garden and pool were spotless! We wish we could have stayed longer it was the peace and quiet that we really needed and we definitely got.

Just back from two weeks holiday. The property was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The pool and garden area were cleaned every morning and this was done in a way that did not interrupt your stay in any way! From the beginning communication from Adelauda was first class and she was on hand if we had needed her at any time (we didn't, as we had no issues at all). The property is completely private and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in a quiet area, however within a short drive to shops, beaches or restaurants.

Well, what can I say. Amazing place to stay. Communication from booking to leaving the place was 1st class. Place was spotless, fully equipped and is near supermarkets and the beach.
