The size, very new and clean, very comfortable for 5 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautfiul small details. Flexible with check-out hours. Parking on street before apartment.
It was extremly hot outside (41 degrees) and air con did not manage to cool down the air enough - but - this was really extreme and unusual.
In the second floor without lift. Fine with us but if you have lot of luggage might be a problem. Otherwise perfect apartment.

Good location to city centre. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. Large rooms.
No kettle to boil water for a cup of tea. A longer walk than expected to the Sassi area.

Location fantastic, i.e. a few steps to Matera Centrale (Train station) and the Bus Terminal, and also a 5 min walk to old town. Very comfortable, spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, parking space available and simple on-line check-in and check-out. If this apartment is available whlie booking, do not hesitate.
Electric kettle for a hot english tea on a cold day. It's not all about coffee :) :)

Easy communication and flexible self check-in. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a good location, walking distance to everything.

Close to center. clean and functional. coffee machine (and everything you need in the kitchen if you are preparing food). owner on phone was nice and ready to help. easy check-in/out.
can be noisy at peak hours. no lift. i was lucky someone from our group could carry my luggage.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Sassi.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay.
The "online" check-in process was simple and time-saving and the communication with the owner was very good.
There was nothing at all to complain about, the apartment fulfilled all our requirements.

location was good and it was clean
we were traveling with an elderly parent and could not leave the apartment with the key because the apartment needs key to run electricity. so we could not go to dinner or out at night because there is no way back in and she would have been sleeping and could not let us in. owner was not helpful in this situation Suggest to have extra set of keys for this type
of situation.

The host was very helpful, and send a pair of earsticks, that we forgot.

The place is within walking distance from Matera's city center, just 10 minutes from all the famous historical sites. There are various food options and restaurants just a few minutes away and the main station is just a few meters away. Yet, the location is still quiet at night. Rooms are spacious and very modern with all the necessary equipment inside.

clean and spacious and comfortable. excellent location for the Sassi
parking wasn’t easy. the apartment is on the 2nd floor which is fine for people without mobility issues. there is a lift but you need to ask the owner for the key

This is a great property. Spacious, so clean, cute, and really close to everything. It’s in the newer part of town, but an easy walk to Old Town and all things you need. Maximilian made it easy to check in and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. I would definitely stay here again.
