The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was really delicious and cooked well. Bed was comfortable, very soft.

Sadly a few things, the room was falling apart a bit, wallpaper was held on by sellotape, toilet was dirty and TV did not work some tiles were broken. There were nothing like slippers and dental kits as you would get in cheaper hotels even, you had to ring to ask for them. I rang to ask for a hair dryer to use and as soon as it was delivered I had 2 phone calls within 90 seconds asking for it back and was under pressure to use it very quickly. The curtains only closed partly and the bright lights from the train station shined in all night. There was no sound buffering and it was a noisy night. The price we payed I did not feel was worth it and we left the next morning feeling disappointed with the whole experience.

Housekeeping was done only 1 time a day bedsheet and pillow cover was not change every day basis, and a childrens park was close as the sun sets.
