It was clean, quite ,new , safe

The one girl of reception. It's really disappointing when people are just bored to do their job. I was informed that I can use laundry service until 00:00.so I put my clothes at 22:00, because i didn't understand how to put the drier I ask her to help me , so she put it for me , after I come to take my laundry , the clothes were wet , and she come with the keys to close the place , and I told her that I have to leave early in the morning and if I can put one more time , the time was 23:25about....but she said kindly no and forced me to put outside ... ofcourse in this hot humid night in Seville no chai to dry the clothes during night. I was so upset....why people is so passivr

The staff was kind and welcoming, location suited my needs, there was always free parking space available so I didn’t need to use hotel garage, having breakfast and laundry room was very convenient. I was very happy with my stay and would be glad to return.

The only problem was the a/c. Temperatures in summertime Seville can easily reach 40 degrees, which is why I made sure to book a property with a/c. While a/c is available at the residency, they are not individual. Each control panel controlls temperature in 4 rooms. In my case, I’d set temperature to 24-25 degrees, but one of the other residents would up it to 29, which made no sense whatsoever. This happened several times during my 6 days stay. Also, a/c gets turned off at nighttime, which isn’t really helpful either. Ideally, each room should have its own a/c controll panel.
