Fantastic guesthouse! We liked the codes on doors meaning no keys to keep safe! The room itself was lovely, loads of hanging space, a fridge, microwave & kettle along with a table & chairs meant you could make simple food & eat it in your room! Attached was an ensuite with shower which was great. The beds were spotless & SO comfy. Loved the long mirror on the door & lots of plugs especially beside the beds for chargers/hair dryers. The location for us was amazing as our brother lives a few minutes walk away on Castle Street! But only a short walk into town, Broughty Ferry has some lovely little places to eat & some great bars as well as a beautiful promenade to walk along. Paula was lovely & communication was great. Thank you for a lovely stay x

There was nothing that we didn't like! If I had to be picky & say a negative, the dogs downstairs barked very early one morning around 5-6am which woke us but it wasn't a problem as I was more than happy to roll back over for a second sleep lol

We had excellent communication with Paula before and during the stay. She was flexible giving solutions. For example we asked to leave our luggage after departure time and she accepted. Although I usually do not choose to stay in a property with share toilet and bathroom (not any hotel rooms were available at specific time) at the end I was satisfied because the property was clean.

We had the family room for 4 people for 2 nights and it was awesome! I would recommend it to everyone! The host is very nice, the location is very convenient, the room is equipped very well, it is cosy, comfortable, modern and large enough. 10 out of 10!

From the properties point of view, I have nothing to suggest as the experience was as expected and the service second to none. However, I was very disappointed in the service I received from booking.com! Initially wanting to relocate me from a double room in Broughty Ferry to a bed in dormitory accommodation in Edinburgh.

The room was fantastic. Room was well kitted out with the stuff you need. The room was very clean. Check in was so easy.

I like the lady who was there when I arrived. She was nice and friendly.

I didn't like hardly any thing. The room wasn't very clean. Neither the bathroom. There were hairs everywhere and very derty around the toilet. And the toilet sit was broken. The katle was broken the cuttery wasn't properly cleaned. There wasn't any glasses or biscuits as they said they were. The bath panel is broken. I have taken photographs of all the things. It's all looks like a joke to me. The door in the bedroom was so hard to open and close. It was very noisy in the night. I felt very vulnerable and afraid. I heard knocks on my door last night. And I didn't sleep at all. I'm glad I'm out of that place. I used to have my own B&B and I run it myself. I even warned prices from the Irish tourist board for been one of the best b&b's in our area. Higine is very important to me. As well as making my guests to feel secure and have a good night sleep.
