Besides the super nice and friendly staff,the perfect location (5min walk to the beach and restaurants), i have never ever been at a hotel/B&B that was so incredibly clean... It really felt as we were the first guests ever to stay in the room,absolut cleanliness. 10/10, zero negative aspects.

The B&B was absolutely perfect for our stay in San Vito Lo Capo. Giacamo was an excellent host and was able to answer all of our questions and give us some good guidance for restaurants and beaches etc. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of homemade Sicilian treats! The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect location located on a quiet street but just a short walk from the beach and main streets. Free on street parking is available- the hotel has a permit available for guests to park directly outside. Overall I would highly recommend!

It is 10/10 accommodations and extreamly clean, I recommend it to everyone.

The accomodation is great. The room had enough space. Toilet/shower room great. All extremelly clean and was cleaned daily which helps when you're near the beach and always bring some sand in. There is a nice outside sheltered area like a big balcony with sofas and on the top floor you can enjoy of the sun in the terrace that has a lounge chair and some chairs and table. Good breakfast. Choice of pastries, cake, pane cunzato, yogurts, fresh fruit and breakfast cerelas. Also selection of fruit juices and coffe/capucino etc. Really close to the beach, only 6min walk and great to not be in the busiest streets. Great beach, turquoise blue waters, fine white sand. Lots os restaurants/ice cream shops, caffes near the beach.

If you just wanna laze around the most prestine beach in italy, this B&B is highly recommended. Why we love it: -very near the bus stop for people who will take the public transpo -clean & new amenity -delicious breakfast (we requested on our check out that we will have an earlier bfast & the host gladly prepared it for us) -quiet area & just a minute walk to the beach -the rooftop terrace was such a treat, we chilled for an afternoon and it was very relaxing -spacious room & housekeeping is daily which is also really great

The owner of hotel have been very pleasant, likeable and friendly. He did not have problem to prepare gluten free breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, clean and design with modern furniture.

Very nice place, everything is new. The cleaning was an excellent , room nice and comfortable. The terrace on the top is nice place to see the sunset and relax. The place is close 5-7 minutes walk from restaurants and the beach, but it’s very quiet and it was nice to sleep because there were no noice from the street. For the breakfast I really adored homemade sandwiches with tomato, cheese and oregano :) Giacomo very nice and helpful host

The property is brand new the owner Giacomo was so nice, he recommended great restaurants. Breakfast was nice on the terrace, the rooms are very modern. It is 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay so nice we will definitely be back.
