Frühstück und Abendessen am Buffet waren sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant und der Terrasse waren sehr beeindruckend und wunderschön.

Bellissimo resort ottimamente tenuto. Abbiamo usufruito di upgrade gratuito alla junior suite. Offerte molto convenienti per soggiorni fuori stagione. Colazione ottima e prezzi al bar nella media.
Nulla.il personale alla reception un po’ confusionario ma nulla di critico…

Swim up pool
Food. Although the serving staff were very nice.
Service. Asked about excursions because the person who looks after them didn’t come and the advertisement on the tv said they could arrange an excursion. They said they couldn’t.
Asked for a taxi, eventually after 25 minutes waiting decided to walk down the hill.

The room was very good with private pool
The food was not so good, you had only 3 main dishes. I had choose the half board package but it was very ridiculous that the water was with money. It is a 5 star hotel not a 3 star. They dont have a private beach how they reclaim. The first day we went at the supposed beach but it was full and we were obligated to pay 40€ to another subject in order to have access to the beach. Very expensive price for coctails. 25€. Ect

The best property in all of Halkidiki, excellent service available at any time ( the rooms I booked weren’t available and they happily upgraded our suite) , hygiene and cleanliness of the highest standards, mouthwatering food, a dozen pools to choose from , luxury amenities and breathtaking nature surrounding the property. Highly recommend for anyone choosing where to stay in Halkidiki, make the drive to Alia Palace it’s worth it.

Good location with beautiful views.
Tatiana gave a wonderful massage with thoughtful tips about aftercare.
Mikela was kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The ‘gym’ has ‘air conditioning’. In reality, it is a small greenhouse with a tiny, broken air conditioning unit. The floor in the gym was broken in places which was a trip hazard, as well as soaking with dirty water.
The breakfast and dinner buffets were of very average quality. None of the food was covered and given the heat this allowed flies and other creatures to roam. Often items were not labelled. Filter water is provided at breakfast but not at other meal times.
We were given a 20% off voucher for the a la carte menu, even though we were half board. We came to the end of the meal and presented our voucher but we told it was supposed to be presented at the start and therefore no discount could be applied. Nowhere on the voucher, or at any point during the meal or at the time of booking was this advised.
We stayed in a triple room. Whereas in other instances this has been the largest double room to allow for the extra bed, here it is just the standard double with a bed pushed into the corner of the room. We even had to remove a pot plant from the room to allow spaces to move within the room.
Although staff were always polite there was no flexibility allowed for additional requirements. The lifeguard inappropriately added one of the party on Instagram but only an abbreviation of her first name was given, therefore we do not know how he found her. This made for a very uncomfortable pool experience.

Amazing location, on top of the hill.
Great sunrises and sunsets and also great room service.
Perfect for going to get some rest.
Staff was trying to be polite all the time.
Food court was too small, not so many dishes that you can choose from.
The “manager” (women) was always there (kitchen) checking who is taking what food, something that a 5 star hotel should not have. Makes you feel uncomfortable.
There were people under the age 16.

Salad e.g lentils perfect but then ham or meat were put in them/
More variety should have been provided for 7 days of donner
Food

The rooms were kept clean as usual, plus the detail of the eggs and bread for Easter continued this year as well.
Having previously stayed here, I feel that the hotel was overbooked and understaffed this Easter, resulting in us having to wait to be seated for dinner, which I find unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
Furthermore, the quality of the food seemed to be in decline in comparison to last year.
It was my first time using the gym, and it was a complete struggle-from lack of equipment or non-functioning equipment, to spider webs. Again, I didn't see it fit for a 5 star hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help out with everything and even gave us a room upgrade. Great view, great internet, amazing breakfast.
I liked everything. Nothing to complain about!
4.0
The view and the dinner.
We payed over 1600 € for five nights in the junior suite with all inclusive.
First of all, this in not a 5 star hotel at all!
The service level of the spa was VERY BAD!
When we came to get new towels for the pool (once a day) they were rude and aggressively told us to come at least every 2 days. We told the reception several times about their attitude but it looks like they don't really care.
Additionally, I have never seen so many MOSQUITOES AND BEES in one place. When we missed breakfast we went to order sandwiches in the pool bar and got a small pieces of bread(attached pic).
Adding the fact that the WIFI WAS VERY SLOW (whether you're in the pool area or inside the room) and you can understand that this is not 5 stars experience.
For the all inclusive experience-
The food was OK, probably better to save the money and eat in the city. Additionally, there is only a small and limited list of drinks to choose from and most common cocktails/drinks are not included and need to pay for them.
Also, The all inclusive does not include entrance to the Sauna which cost 10€ per hour.
We expected for our honey moon to be better and feel very disappointed that this is the place we spent it.

The staff on the reception and the cleaning personnel are really polite and helpful.
They don't inform you that the small swimming pools which are part of the apartments are cold, when you make reservation.
They don't expect Bulgarian tourists, so they don't have even one Bulgarian TV channel on the TV sets.
During dinner the watter is not included in the price so you should buy it, no coffee on breakfast except if you buy separately, and no additional napkins except if you ask and wait for them.

My own private pool, nice area, nice staff
The facilities need a bit of maintenance, some things were a bit run down. Every time you had to go to reception or have your meals, you were up and down the hill, which is not great when it's really hot
