We had a great stay at the apartment, perfect location.
Small issues like very weak internet connection, very difficult to enter and park sign a large car and ants at the apartment .Apart from that all was perfect

There was a problem with the door code not working, but a building staff member happened to be around and let me in to collect the key. They were very kind!

I felt I was staying in an IKEA show home. Every detail you could want was attended to and it was as pristine as a show home. It was brilliantly located opposite a public garden and near the beach and facilities.
There were two problems we had.
1. wifi access. There was only one place in the apartment to access wifi and that was next to the door. As this spot was occupied by the teenager, we did work catch-ups in the corridor outside!!
2 The kitchen. It was fantastically equipped with all the equipment you could want, including a brilliant ice tray which was well used. However it didn’t have basic courtesy condiments we found in other properties - salt, pepper and herb, olive oil and vinegar. So we had to purchase and at the last minute throw away as we couldn’t take it with us. We assumed it was due to health and safety but it took away any personal element.

Wonderful location! A short stroll puts you on the beach or one of the many great restaurants in Sesimbra. The appartment was immaculately clean, comfortable sleeping and living areas with a small kitchen and clothes washer. Internet was plenty fast for work. Staff was prompt with e-mail responses making the no contact check-in and out worry free.

Modern building in the center of the city, 3 min walk to beautiful beach, shops and restaurants around, underground parking and tarrace with view on the city available to all guests. we had room with view on the ocean. well equipped kitchen.
No shower gel, no sugar, no salt, no peper. Complicated check in procedure to be completed on line before apartment staff will send check in details. City center is very loud till midnight everyday. You can hear loud music it in the apartment.

Location was great, smack near the beach with bars/shops and restaurants all close by. It also has a lovely little park on the door step where you can sit in the shade for awhile. The room for just myself was very large and had everything in it that I needed. Bathroom was also large.
1. Couldn't pay hotel with any of my 3 cards on line. They wouldn't except it over the phone or in person. They just kept telling me to find and use another card. I had to borrow a friends.
2. They should emphasise the point that there are 2 identical hotels. why, because when I used google maps it took me to the the other one which I eventually found out was the wrong one when I couldn't get in! Good job the other was not too far away.
3. You cannot book in before 5pm! I have never come across this with any other hotel in my life. When I arrived and couldn't get in, I tried to phone but got no answer. Not ideal.
4. Right outside my bedroom window was the street, as in the same level as the bedroom.
5. Room has a VERY small safety deposit box. Passport and phone and its full.

Great place, really close to the beach! Large flat with well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms plus a living room. The roof terrace is a great plus! Note the information on where to bring the trash next to the bin (took some time for us to find the info).
The WiFi was quite bad in the bedrooms and a bit unsteady in the other areas.
