Staff were very friendly and helpful and extra kind to my children. we always enjoy our stay here!

Emergency housing guests are very disruptive.

what a stay. 6 lads turned up for a chilled evening of tapas and board games. the hotel was very accomodating for us and very informative of the car park spaces for our G Wagon. we stayed in a lovely room where we set up monoploy and it was perfectly sized for us 6. one of our lads accidentally left his shirt and Rolex on the bed which S.Gao found and sent it back to us by post. he was very helpful. brilliant stay and would recommend to anyone.

Great to have 2 double beds with separate bathrooms, fantastic bath and shower with g8 pressure, very clean, great experience near to town for bars and restaurants.

Loud neighbours one night,TV drive me nuts.

Everything was bad. Is this a 4 star? Don't think so. No privacy, a window for reception another for the main road if you want privacy you need to close all windows therefore no natural light. Fridge noisy and without those door shelves. Price, it has hidden costs 2% when paying by card. Room, no sound proof, you can easily hear your neighbor and the main road is pretty noisy. Balcony, rusty and old, the balcony is rusty and the wood is not in the best condition. Internet is slow and shared across rooms you could play a chromecast in another room. Tv was really bad. Bathroom door locker not working. Window blinders were damage letting some light pass through. Door was damaged not very safe. Location, is great to be close to the lake but the main road is noisy and the room is not sound proof.
