The location,no load shedding ,friendly staff

The place was clean and comfortable

There was no airfreshner and there was no blanket

Areia and the fact that ,there is no loadsheding in that aeria

The inside accommodation, the towels was a big no,the color of the bedding for master room,were rust in color you can't tell if os clean or what,cutlery short,the two plate stove ,they need to improve stove,and atleast also washing machine,coz if you stayed there almost a week you need to do laundry, the worse part was the gate ,sometimes opened itself and the caretaker try to report to the owner the answer was he had yo clean the leaves,so my husband had to do a plan of using something to close the gate,we were not comfortable mostly during the night

Poor communication. Host did not offer wifi password even though it says there is wifi. Host did not communicate/respond to us any further after sending instructions on how to enter.

Phoned Swallow's Nest several times to notify of arrival time - no answer. No notice on the gate as to where the keys were. Wifi code nowhere to be seen - had to phone staff member next door late at night. Microwave dirty, crumbs everywhere. Teapot filthy & cracked. Cobwebs & plugs dirty. Outside barbeque area filthy & untidy. (Paint cans & rubbish) Showerhead needs descaling. Large mirror in 2nd bedroom above the bed & can't be used to blowdry hair or do make-up. Sheet on bed has a hole in it.

The place was very central for where we wanted to be.

Most of the equipment was outdated or broken.The door could not close properly for us to lock it at night.We had to put a brick infront of the fridge door to keep it closed.Apparently that is how they keep the fridge door close.The guy that checked us had a very strong body odour.The smell of sweat was lingering in the air long after he left

No stove although it says self-catering and the photos shows a stove. Cupboards very dirty. Not enough cutlery.
