Quite, Clean with friendly staff and managents. In addition to, allowance late check out for Genius3 member and the special treatment, they gave me more time to check out due to my frequent visits which was highly appreciated.
Foreign channels works at rooms is ongoing.😂💚

The room and space was really good based on my stay at the hotel with a small family. The hotel staff was exceptional. I give a 10/10!

Rooms are big
Toilets are separated by only one window and this is not said on the post , so there is no privacy inside the room If you want to go to the toilet
Location is not good
They did not clean the room the first day, we had to insist
We had to pay taxes when arriving and this is not said on the post

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were super nice :)
Some of the guests were slapping doors loudly at the middle of the night.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.
The fidge seemed to work only when I was inside the room and the access card was in - otherwise it turns off, so impossible to store anything there during the day when I was away.

Sensational room. Great lighting.
Overpriced breakfast offered. And not good. Overpriced dinners offered of the same quality. Confusion at front desk because of language barrier. Hard bed.

the door of the balcony was broken i was fo afraid to sleep. the bed was hard as rocks. the shower was broken. it was dirty!

Location is horrible. The entire property needs a good cleaning.

the food , the breakfast, the room was almost underground with no view.
i had to checkout 3 days earlier for a family emergency and they refused to refund or compensate me they just took the money!

i tried so hard to call them in order to make a confirmation that we are coming because we had a 7hours drive to arrive at the hotel but no one answered the phone , when we arrived there it was not a s showed in pictures
