It was across the street from one of the best beaches. it was a big space.
It definitely needs updating it really didn’t live up to my expectations for the price.

The villa is next to an amazing beach in a lovely village . nice view of the bay from the terrace. The rooms are wide and nice, the kitchen well equiped. Nice designed.great for families. The host is helpful through whatups

I liked the location in front of Voulisma beach. I loved to go at 9:00 am to the beach and enjoy the beauty of the nature and colors, and after a long warm day you just cross the street and you are at home! It is close to Agios Nikolaos, close to Mohlos and Sitia. Elina, gave us a great welcome and information. She is always available for questions and ideas. Washing machine and dishwasher... Loved it!
The design of the house and space is perfect. However the house needs more care and new stuff. Furniture is old and even if clean you have another impression. The bathrooms have humidity and it would be nice to have cable TV. It has also beautiful place for a garden but needs more care.

Very Clean!; Great for family; Loved the private courtyard where our kids could run around a bit; Modern appliances; Location is lovely with gorgeous views of the bay; Very short drive to Gournia, Kritsi, Agios Nikolaos, boats to Spinolonga; Good driving time to back into Heraklion for Knossos and Museum; Washing Machine and Dish Washer (especially great if you have kids); lovely, helpful, local hostess!; beach access directly across the street and umbrellas and chairs available for rent on the beach, air conditioning; 2 great local restaurants within short walk; bakery and coffee bar and grocery store with local products with 5-8 min walk; swimming pool located 1 minute walk at Waterland Taverna (you can buy a meal or drinks and an appetizer and let the kids swim- touristy but convenient if you have kids!)
Busy street/the main road is good (which I mentioned above) and bad: some mid-days parking was hard to find directly in front of Villa.
