the staff are noisy in the morning

Location was good if you want to be close to the airport. We caught several gabs, jeepneys, trains and tricycles to get around. Airport shuttle was great, note it only operates at certain times

Lots of beggars right outside the door due to the location. On a busy main street

staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The room's cleaniness is not well maintained, sticky floor and smell in the room

Located very near the airport and shops. Comfortable bed

No cups or glasses but paper cups were provided. And we have to get out of our room to get hot or cold water from the dispenser near the elevator using our paper cups. The loud traffic noise outside is quite annoying and we can hear the arguments and noise from next door. The wall and window insulation is not good.

It's near the airport, which makes the location very much convenient. I do need to wake up very early.

Sink always drain issues. Reported daily. Water from shower leaks out to entrance floor. Toilet Low pressure when you flush not emptying toilet of waste. There were plastic water bottles in toilet bowl to save water.

We stayed 1 night while waiting for our flight. It was just fine for 1 night stay but will never stay if more than 1 night. Its close to the airport just 5 min ride to airport.

Needs renovation. Rooms not too clean. Hotel maintenance and upkeep could be improved

I thought Go Hotels are OK :-( I was wrong.

I was moved to 3 different rooms. The 1st room the door lock got low battery so you can't use the key card. It took sometime for the maintenance to open the door again. They moved me to the 2nd room which to my horror - the lock was broken and it literally fell on the floor. Then finally the 3rd room - again the door lock has no battery so you can't use the keycard. I decided to booked a hotel for my concenience since I'm really tired from the event. But booking this hotel is not concenient at all. I paid 2k. I should have stayed in hotel which is 3k maybe I wouldnt be dissapointed. Wrong choice on my part. So #neveragain

Not that i don't like it, the Lobby area has a potential for improvements.

Clean room

1. Airconditioner remote is not working properly 2. Shampoo and soap is not provided, I requested but it did not provided 3. Leaking of water from the window type airconditioner, the floor was soaked with water 4. Water from the shower was leaking, so you need to wipe it every shower

Was comparable quiet and also comfy, the aircon wasn't noisy, and the location close to NAIA terminal 1 was good too. Booking was easy too, just a few minutes before checking in when leaving the airport.ý
