Very friendly host. Having the use of the roof was a great bonus. On the roof we were able to look out at the sea and listen to music. The washing facilities were excellent.

Absolutely amazing stay. Perfect location and surroundings. Unfortunately we never met Raul in person to thank for everything, comunication was superb. Thank you for early check in and late checkout. Highly recomended.

The apartment was nice and cosy. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. Cable TV and internet working well. During electricity outage, our host and his mom were very nice and helpful to get the issue solved. Very close to many restaurants, children playground, and even the ocean. Everything was perfect, thank you!

It's hard to reach the destination using car navigation as there is a lot of surrounding roads closed. Some of the nearby buildings not looking nice or even crashed. Not related to the accommodation itself.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful less touristic surfer village. Super friendly and hospitable host who is very helpful and answers you all questions. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come again!

Great location (steps to the beach, steps and minutes to the restaurants and lively areas), incredible communication from the owners, nicely equipped kitchen, amazing rooftop space, a washing machine (two in fact!), easy parking, great town, and nice welcome goodies. Everything I needed for a five night stay.

The facility location is just great. Very close to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and groceries! Also, the host was amazing, helped us a lot.

I liked the location, which is very convenient, and within short walking distance of everything, and the apartment, even though small, has a wonderful south facing balcony where one can have breakfast and lunch. A real bonus.

The property exceeded all our expectations and was perfect for our stay in El Cotillo. It was easily accessible to all the amenities in town, had a great balcony and roof terrace both with ocean views. The apartment interior was clean and comfortable for a week stay or even much longer if required. It also was close enough to access wonderful beaches either on foot or via a short drive. Parking around the property was never a problem. In addition to all of this, Ivan our host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with some issues we had (unrelated to the property) during our stay.

The Apartment fully matched the expections as in the description/photos: simple, very clean and ideal location close to the beach and downtown close to the best restaurants On top of that, the owner was above expectations, being always avaiable also for extra-requests beyond the his duties, e.g. sharing hints for restaurants and beaches.

It was very easy communicating with Ivan. When we arrived there was a welcome package with a bit of food and something to drink. As we arrived late and all supermarkets were closed, that was really a lifesaver for us. Ivan let us stay a bit longer as I had a work meeting, at the last minute introduced by my boss. For the rest, great location, easy check-in, beautiful place. If you book a flat here, try to make sure you have the one with its own balcony (not only the rooftop balcony). It's so worth it to have your own balcony.
