This is a medium priced hotel and I have zero complaints

Clean room, very accomodating staff! A plus point for me to have a Filipino staff since I dont understand Italian language having them around is a great help for me for my inquiries. The breakfast is great!

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel that surprised me with its approach to guests. Despite not having purchased breakfasts, every day I was surprised with delicious and aromatic coffee and a sweet treat for breakfast. It was an amazing feeling to feel appreciated and accommodated, even though I did not have a breakfast package. This small gesture showed me that the hotel staff truly cares about their guests' satisfaction and does everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the decorations created a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and always willing to help, which made me feel at home. As a frequent traveler, I can say that this hotel is of a very high standard. Free coffee and sweet treats are just one of the many aspects that make hospitality in this place exceptional. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Quaint feeling in a unique locale

The hotel is very nice and has obviously been very recently fully refitted so all the furnishings etc are new. The communications with the hotel prior to arrival were friendly and helpful. The staff at the hotel were charming, friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was a good size for our stay of 6 nights and was cleaned daily. Everything was very clean. Below the hotel is a restaurant which is pleasant and friendly, serving a good variety of food. At the time of our stay they were not serving breakfast but there is a good coffee machine in the reception lounge area with pastries and cake. The location is excellent too, a few hundred metres from the main vaporetta station on the main avenue, so access to/from Venice and the airport is very easy.

The location is good for the water bus , shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean and staff are helpful.

Breakfast wasn't an option as the season has quit stared in lido.

the reception called us at 11:30pm in the night to let us know we need to collect new room keys, this woke us up and when picking up the keys in the morning they were not apologetic regarding this, despite it not being urgent

Love New Reiter! People are just great and caring! It’s really the best choice when comming to Venice. Clean, confiable, cozy. It’s the second time I stay here and I feel pretty welcome to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's a five minute walk from the vaporetto stop, and there's many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I stayed in the off-season so there was no breakfast service but there was always fresh coffee available in the lounge. The room was spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. This was my first time staying on the Lido and I'll definitely be back!

For us is not a 4 start hotel, I would say 3 starts

Clean and tidy very nice staff just by the water taxi and bars and restaurants 10 minutes from the main square over all a nice place

No tea and coffee in room .no breakfast in hotel other that a slice of cake but restaurant next door

Beautiful room, perfect location on lido. Away from the crowds of the island but easy to get to. And right by the beach. Super friendly and helpful staff . Will stay again.Thanks!

This hotel is in a great location surrounded by little cafes, bars & restaurants. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was lovely. Rooms & ensuite were amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel it was one of the nicest we stayed it and will definitely return in the future.

Breakfast was ok, although you are required to sit outside. A few mornings it was a little cooler and we had to eat with coats on.

location is great. there are good restaurants around. it’s easy to catch a boat to Venice and the airport

The hotel has its own restaurant with nice italian food, the room was spacious and clean and they help us with an 1 hour late check out. The service of the staff is good.

Would recommend only to have someone available at the reception more often but other than that everything great.

great room. value for money. actually Lido island is very pretty and cute, nice coffee shops and restaurants, there is no need to stay in main island where is San Mark’s Basilica is. it was amazing to take a boat around ..

There could be potential improvements for breakfast, but staff was really nice and helpful. maybe it’s just one of those days :))

close to the beach, very clean, friendly staff

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect to go to Venice or the beach. Very good pizza in the restaurant.

We found the pillows to be uncomfortable, but that’s personal preference.
