AC is not the best with the hot summer season

The rooms were Chique and the staff were top notch and friendly. It is a grand hotel in the levels town of Dresden. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful charming luxury boutique hotel located in a very quite but lovely old part of the town. Relais et Chateaux quality. Pick up of car and ready for departure in front of front door after. Personnel very attentive, profesional and capable. Speaking languages.

Maybe a bit oldish style kitsch things in the common areas. Like the display of product on sale felt like Queen Victoria era thing.

Every member of staff I talked to were really helpful and attentive, we also like the location because it's not directly in the middle of the busy area hence it is quiet, but it is close to everything we wanted to see. And I was pleasantly surprised that the dinner was very delicious! Would definitely stay here again :)

Location! The eagerness and friendliness of the staff to assure that our questions and problems were solved.

The room was warm and AC could not be adjusted any more than what it was. Not enough electrical outlets to charge electronics. Breakfast was very poor. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was not good. Had to return the main dish, the salad was poor.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The actual building is elegant in a pretty square.

The decor is very strange. The rooms need an upgrade and the reception area needs a new interior designer!

Great staff that make a luxurious stay even better. Restaurant is 5 star. Nice bar where you are very well looked after. Good location.

Cooked breakfast options are not obvious and not promoted by staff.
