I’d say the furniture wasn’t super comfortable. But we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms.

Very convenient location just steps from all major sights and also Rossio metro and bus stations. The room was also spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast (in the main hotel building) had a well stocked and varied spread (including hot dishes, made-to-order eggs and cold cuts) which filled us up for the day!
Slightly dusty in places; a mirror in the main hallway would be more helpful than the many mirrored cupboards in the rooms!

The staff was helpful . Room was cute in a funky way made to look larger by a wall of mirrors . Bc the area is SO HEAVILY TOURISTED - it is easy to find food when you choose - most of it mediocre.
The property was overly difficult to navigate . Multiple unmarked doors in secondary hallways that required opening . Doors to the restaurant/ hotel- open , closed blocked by pastry tables depending on time of day - even the front entrance is obscured w a silly poster . The whole place to cute for school .
