Exactly what we paid for, nothing more, nothing less. We wanted a regular room, without any extras for a fair price. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and simple.

No elevator in the hotel, not a major inconvenience but probably good to know. No AC either, but wasnt needed in our case. If you want to sleep with the windows open you‘ll likely get woken up by the nearby rooster

Drinking water on separate price at reception; all room towels are brown color; we were chraged for having an extra person in the room without adding an extra bed; soap and shampoo not available.

The impeccable English that was spoken by the receptionist. In addition she was very helpful in pointing out the pizza restaurant across the street.

The only thing that missed the mark were the pancakes 🥞 as they were served stuffed with cottage cheese. Which made our children decide to choose the other excellent options. However it would have been nice to be notified of this custom.

Great communication with the staff. Very warm welcoming. Wonderful place to stay with a beautiful surtounding garden.
