The apartment is great, very comfortable, cozy, superb view, great space for big familie, nicely decorated. Location is also very good.

We didn't like the spport we had from the staff at the check-out. It was also very confusing how to throw the bin and the explanation for it weren't clear. We ended up carrying the bin with us through the city. I think this service should be covered by the cleaning team and not by the guests, even if that means an increase in price.It just makes the experience at the end unpleasant. Also, because we were late at the checkout we are asked to pay the late checkout fee which I think it's fair and correct. But the staff was saying I can pay it in cash only, which I didn't find right or professional. Also, the cleaning overall was ok but we did find a big chunk of hair next to a sidetable which was a bit disgusting. And the dishes/utensils from the kitchen were kind of damaged and could use a replacement.

The property is comprised of the top two floors of a three level chalet. It is really nice, well equipped and in excellent condition. South facing, nice view, walking distance to everywhere in the village.. The steps from the parking garage to the front door that others mentioned didnt seem an issue at all for us; take the lift up from the car park, walk 10m along the straight garden path and up 10 or so steps and you're at the front door. As for the garbage situation.. welcome to Switzerland : ) We didnt ski this visit, but did take a trip up to the ski area and it looked pretty amazing. We found the management team very responsive, all issues and queries were dealt with promptly.

The bed linnen could be a bit more refined. The mattress cover is semi plastic, which is nasty to sleep on. We put a bath towel between the bottom sheet and the mattress cover, but you still sweat like you're sleeping on plastic. I understand the desire to protect the mattress, but somehow high end hotels and other apartment rentals manage without these kind of of mattress covers. Aside from that, no complaints. We had some hot water issues, but they were easily resolved.

We had to pay $715 for cleaning service but we have to empty all the garbages and clean the plates, i’m not sure the amount they took for what type of cleaning if we had to clean everything behind us. When we entered there was a 2 big garbage bags in the next room too!. Also the agent was not helpful at all, at anytime, even when we lost the way, she replied that go and check your booking and try to find your road. And much more stories with her.
