-Location is the biggest plus with station just at the corner, also it is surrounded by food joints/markets etc. -Staff is helpful

-The airtel NW does not work in the room -Wify was not working sometimes - The rooms doesnt have a window or ventilation so its dark when you are inside, no natural light. - The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear staff/people talking late night and early morning which is a problem if the room is near the reception - Request for a little late check out as I had headache and kept on sleeping until 11 AM so wanted an hour extra just to be ready and leave, but it was not provided not even 30mins just 15mins were given and I am thankful for that. Though there were no guests and the room was left open until 40-50mins while I was outside waiting for my cab. I checked in 8 hours after the check in time and hence was expecting the late checkout request accepted as it is accepted by many big hotels as well if there are no guests. Anyway, otherwise my overall exp was good with everything. No complains at all. I might be visiting it again.

Water tank connection switch is in room and Staff entering the room with master key even we are in room.

CLEANILNESS

Location good . Room is cleaned but small. TV channels are mostly Marathi , no more other language like Telegu and other Telegu bhakti channels . Need Lift to carry goods . This is not fit for old and aged person as they can not go up through so high stairs . Need arrangement for lift immediately for visitors . Hotel need full payment during check in . This system has to be changed. Take advance and full payment after check out ,will be feasible for visitors .

Need LIFT in hotel

As per room par day tarif is too high. I kept my bag in hotel after asking staff but after returning I saw my bag is kept in hotel lobby which is very bad for this reason I give zero points.

Only location from dadar station

I went with my fiance, there is no option on the Booking . com, also while booking these hotels, that unmarried couples are not allowed, and then they created a scene over there, and didn't let us have the room. A very ridicule experience , bad review. have reported to local authorities as well. Plz don't misguide like this.

Bedsheet was full of stains and dint give breakfast to the kid
