terrible staff ALL around, dirty facilities

The bed was comfortable, but full of hairs that weren’t ours. The pillows were disgusting.

The room, bathroom and kitchen equipment were dirty (hairs, grease, grime). The balcony door and window barely opened and closed without having to force them. The kitchen did not have the things you needed to stay in an apartment (knife that worked, cutting board, wine opener, etc). The shower did not drain and had water in the bottom when we arrived with hairs of other people in it. While the bed was comfortable, it was full of hairs that weren’t ours and the pillows were stained yellow and brown from not being protected. The property booking page has a question from September this year stating customers can pay in Argentinian pesos at the banco National rate. We messaged the property about this before booking and were told we could pay in cash in Argentinian pesos. When we tried to pay at the property, the manager (Vero) told us she could charge any rate she wanted to for cash payments (though there was nowhere in booking.con terms about this), so we were charged way more than the price shown on booking.com. This negative interaction ruined our stay, on top of everything else wrong with the property.

The room is big, beautiful and clean, comfortable bed. We did not use the facilities in the room but the kitchen seen well equipped. The wifi worked well.

The location is up hill, distance of ~25min walk from city center. We did not rent a car, in that case the location by foot for reserunts, shutls for locations and cetra is not very good.

Great apartment, clean, good location, great views and great communication. Great kitchen for self-catering and water pressure was good.

It was loud - there was an issue with a fridge which was making noise but this was resolved immediately. The walls are thin so you can hear when other guests are speaking in the corridor. There was external noise outside e.g. a car blasting loud music at 1am on Sunday but this is obviously outside the control of the host.

The apparment was nice with a great view and nice furnitures. The janitor was very nice and helpfull.

There was no pesonal welcoming and the follow-up/management was made on distance (robotic). The estate agency contact was not helpfull when we realised we ordered a room with a queenbed instead of a room with two separate beds. We could not even reach our contact as she seemed to be on holiday or absent at our arrival. Thanks to the janitor we got an additional bed that we helped to set-up in the room and we were charged for. The inefficienty and incompetence of our agency contact person (V) became totally clear when she only answered the messages or phone calls she wanted. On top one day before our departure she took the money from our credit card without any permission which costed us a lot of currency exchange rate costs,+/- the double as we would have payed in cash as we initially planned to do. After the payement was done she cancelled our check-out/cash payement meeting without consultation and did not replied to our request to cancel the credit card payement. We think the place is nice but our dissapointment as closing experiance of our trip before our return to Europe was comlpete after the demonstration of this total lack of competence and customer friendliness from the agency.

In general everything was fine! I was on the 5th floor, it was very warm, you could see a good landscape and had everything you need to prepare any meal.

Only received 1 key card for 3 people staying, key card was in the lobby (anyone could have grabbed it, so that didn’t feel very secure), and the WiFi was very spotty and poor. Additionally, there was a very loud rooster and dog just outside our window.

Amazing view on the harbor, mountains and city

The cooker is basic and not efficient Lack of extra blankets even if the apartment is overheated Not easily reached from downtown if you decide to walk, the streets are really steep.

We loved the view, the clean apartment and facilities, everything was super comfortable, easy and quiet. Access was simple. If you mostly like to walk around, like us, You must be prepared to walk a few blocks uphill to the apartment every return, but the view from the rooms highly compensates the effort!

We arrived early morning by plane from Buenos Aires. Got an early check-in which was extremly helpful.

Awesome apartment! Its huge and includes all relevant kitchen equipment. Very modern and easy accessible. Just great value for money! Highly recommended

The apartment was beautiful. It was stylish, comfortable and spotless. A balcony and lots of picture windows provided a view of the harbor. The host was welcoming - friendly and informative. The apartment had a small but complete kitchen. The location is either a short and inexpensive taxi ride or a 15 minute walk from the city center. It's also just a few minutes from great hiking in the nearby national park.
