The location is strategic, the wifi is very good.

If I were to compare it with my other hotel with slightly cheaper price, the facilities, the room size are worse. The breakfast is not variative, for example, same chicken menu only for four morning consecutive morning with different sauces.

The hotel is close to main road If you are looking for budget hotel, this could be your go to

The door chain in my room was broken. Dunno why they overlooked the simple safety for their clients. Called the staff, thank god they repair it immediately. Room and bathroom could use a lot more cleaning. Felt really murky throughout the stay. The AC was really noisy.

Close to legendary street food like Gudek Bu Tekluk. It is said that there’s a very old lady selling “Gudeg Porridge” for breakfast every morning (5 am) too within walking distance to the hotel.

it’s a bit far from the nearest TransJogja bus station

all staff is nice, specialty Receptionist so nice 😍 humble

Minimalist parking area

Great location, lots of restos and local shops around, easy to access, great parking system. They have a nice rooftop, but unfortunately, they allowed the smokers inside while they have an outdoor space for smokers. They even put the signage it's smoking area inside and it's a closed area. That is the only complain I have.
