La salida del estacionamiento creo es muy peligrosa ya que sales y entras por la misma puerta

Se tardaron más de una hora en encontrar la reservación y cuando ya me entregaron el cuarto está sucio y con una cama destendida, había la bolsa de un condón sobre la cama

The room has no lighting only a table lamp. TV remote control didnt sinchronize well so that they changed twice. Rooms need to be refurnished.

Felt safe at location however leaving in the morning to get back to 40D in the dark was horrible on back streets as directed by Google Maps. Outlets for hydro in room questionable as breaker tripped when I plugged in tiny fridge.

No hot water for shower and cold water tap at bathroom sink was only a trickle. You need to speak Spanish or expect to use translation on your phone Spanish to English. I would stay again as Torreon is half way to Mazatlan and apparently safer than Durango.

Convenient parking.

It is an exceedingly noisy place right on a very busy road. The other hotel guests were quite noisy as well. The curtains are very thin, letting lots of light in. The furnishings, bedding and towels were poor quality.

Absolutely nothing

The beds smelled like urine and there were no matress protectors, the sheets were so thin and worn, that they were see through. There is no water pressure, so it was impossible to take a shower The morning recepcionist is beyond rude There is a guard that extorts money from you to watch your car Even when there is a place to park, it's not secure The furniture is very old and out of style In order to lock your door you need to wake your neighbors up, because the lock doesn't work The whole place smells moldy and looks dirty The breakfast is horrible

The breakfast I was given was two pieces of toast with strawberry jam. I poured myself a cup of coffee. My room was a suite and it was nice. I appreciated the climate control via remote control for the split. My car was parked some distance from my room which made packing and unpacking more difficult. I had a difficult time find the place and looked for about two hours before I got discouraged When I called the hotel, the receptionist was unable to tell me how to get to the hotel and even when she put an English speaking person on the phone, he was unable to help me with any directions. I had to resort to stopping at a Holiday Inn and asking for their assistance in getting directions for the hotel. My room was large and furnished with older furniture but it was clean and comfortable. The Front Desk assisted me with getting dinner delivered from an area restaurant and I was indeed appreciative. I would stay here again but would prefer to park in front of my room like so many others did.

Although they accept pets, and I traveled with mine, there was absolutely no place for dogs to "do their business". The hotel is on a very busy street and I had to walk them down the sidewalk some distance before there was any opportunity for relief. While there was a restaurant on site, which is one of the reasons I booked this hotel, it wasn't open when I arrived about 7:30 pm. Breakfast was apparently not available either but I ended up with complimentary piece of toast and some coffee........the hotel promotes it's "free" breakfast.
