Centrally placed property, next to metro station with easy access to all the main attractions of Paris. The property itself was a large lovely room, very comfortable for a family of four. The hosts were helpful and friendly with many suggestions and tips for our stay in Paris. We especially enjoyed our daily personalised breakfast delivered to our room at a time of our choosing! We would highly recommend this property, especially for families.

Almost everything, but to be specific: - The very welcoming and friendly Owner and the receptionist. - The delicious breakfast. - The amazing location. next to Champs Elysee and many great cafes and restaurants.

the room is clean and the furnishings are new, friendly and caring host, espresso machine in the room. The bathroom is clean and there is always hot water. location is great.

its name is written as a hotel but this is not a hotel, this is a room in a house, actually they rented a room for us. but the fact that they sell it as a hotel was deceptive to us. We didn't mind and stayed because it's okay for 3 days. Also, the hosts are friendly and good people. But on our next trip, we won't stay because they lied. I say to those who will prefer, this is not a hotel, it is a room in a beautiful house.

The location is excellent for many central Paris attractions. the room was warm, spacious, clean and very well presented. We were made to feel at home the moment we arrived. breakfast was served in the room and it was exceptional!! loved it…

The fact the booking says it has parking available but it is not true. Owners know this and asked me to inform the booking about the error.

The host was super friendly and really put in allot of effort to make us feel welcomed. The room was on the first floor of an apartment style building which was accessed via an elevator or stairs. We were helped with our luggage which was a lovely touch. The room itself and large, clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and linen smelt fresh. The location was superbly central and literally a stones throw from the Arc de Arc de triomphe. The road view from the large windows was pleasant.

Nothing not to like except perhaps that the accommodation provider could perhaps make it clear - before we made the booking - informing us that parking is not onsite and is in fact provided via external service providers across the road, underground. This makes carrying six heavy suitcases across wide roads challenging during peak traffic times... Naturally this wouldn't effect travelers not arriving by car.

The room had everything we needed, slippers and robe were a nice touch. The breakfast was outstanding. Mini fridge was very useful. Easy all hours access.

The room was small and bed was not very comfortable. The room was hot and we were unable to open window, no screen and noisy. The guide book should be updated for Tv and internet instructions, did not operate as described.

Beautiful apartment, the hosts were great and the location was perfect. Alexandre went out of his way to help us get a taxi to the airport in the middle of a taxi strike, forever thankful we didn't miss our flight.

Mattress was a little firm but otherwise perfect.

Building works started at 6am in the room next door with a pneumatic drill and hammering. Impossible to sleep. The person who brought breakfast said it was a problem that they were aware of, but the owner did not advise about this. I was staying for work and got less than 4 hours sleep. When I told the owner about this he said it was not his problem. This is not really acceptable. No excuses and no offer of remedy. Also the pictures presented are from the front apartments - I was given a room at the back - it was a small room with no a/c. The wi-fi didn't work well and as stated, the building works made it a very unpleasant stay.

very well designed space, comfortable, well equipped. the owners are friendly and enthusiastic about their b&b: it’s always pleasant to be welcomed with such warmth: it makes the stay more personal. breakfast was excellent: I liked that we could choose, it’s less waste and more sustainable. the location was perfect for us and we were helped by the hosts who always answered all our questions.

Overpriced. Very small room with no convenient access, Only a narrow and ugly staircase. No view at all. Can't be considered luxurious at all. No lobby.

Never experience such an amazing place like that, I always think that hotel five stars are the best, but with this place it’s like home 😊 one million thx. I’m really sure when I go back to Paris I’ll check this place out. Highly recommend.

No AC, but the building was from the 1800’s so what can you say😄. Keep the windows open and the blinds down and it’s comfortable
