The studio was not clean, the toilet was so close to the shower that your shoulder was literally stuck to the shower screen. If someone would have been overweight they wouldn't stand a chance to use the toilet. The walls had cracks, the electric main was in the bedroom and the cover was cracked. The sockets were dirty and covered in paint. At the beginning we were placed in a different hotel and in the middle of our holiday we had to check out and wait until evening to check in again in the studio. Really disappointed with the experience.

We spent eight wonderful days here. Everything went as we wanted. We were on half board. In the morning there was coffee, hot dogs, hams, always fresh bread, muesli, and cheeses. I think everyone has found their ideal breakfast (buffet). At dinner there was always a daily Greek specialty, if we didn't like it, we could ask for something else from the menu instead. We always tasted the specialty, which was divinely delicious. Afterwards, we ate anywhere else, and nowhere was it as delicious as here. We attended a Greek evening at their place, where there was locally prepared BBQ, salads and a very great atmosphere. The rooms were clean, we always received fresh towels and the trash cans were emptied. There was also a pool, we didn't try it because we were on the road all day, but it looked clean and tidy. We did rent a vehicle. But if it hadn't been like that, it wouldn't have been a problem either, because everything is nearby. Shops, quad rental (also available for accommodation), the local beach, which is a slowly deepening sandy beach, restaurants and other chain stores. What more do you need?! There are entertainment options, but regardless, it's a very calm neighborhood, so everyone will have a good time here. The staff is very nice, they helped in everything. They even arranged a transfer back and forth. We closed Zakynthos in our hearts, we loved every moment of it. We will definitely return to Zakynthos and it is also certain that our accommodation will be there. It will be at Dennis Studios. Thanks for everything!☺️☺️

Very nice and big room with beautiful view

No internet in my room it was disconnecting every 5 sec so I did not have internet at all

I got upgraded to the main building. The room was big with a great mountain view. It was also great that the cleaners came in every day and I got clean towels and bedding about every 3 days

Nothing I didn’t like

Family run basic accommodation in a small block across the road from their main site. Very clean with good bathroom/shower, maid service everyday and clean linen/ towels twice in 10 days. Large comfortable bed. Balcony with bistro table and chairs.

Maybe a clothes horse or small line on balconey to dry clothes on.

The most pleasant service was Niko’s Place, the restaurant near the pool and the hotel, with polite and handful staff, where we ate the best gyros and souvlaki of our whole trip.

I’ll start by saying the fact I was most disappointed about. They refused to be paid by card, and I don’t think it’s even legal. I had to withdraw twice with a lot of banking commission costs, I would have appreciated at least a bit of discount for that. The images you see on the internet don’t represent the location at all. On booking you see the photos of a nice building with a pool, which is a different hotel run by the same owners and where you go just to have breakfast, but the actual site of Dennis studios is an old and ruined building on the opposite side of the street. Our “private” balcony was accessible by whoever came at the upper floor using the stairs. The sheets we found at the arrival were dirty with blood drops. The breakfast buffet was bad and poor, except for the Greek yogurt, the only thing that could be defined fresh. The staff was not really kind and welcoming, extremely formal and reluctant. On our arrival the transfer organized by the property was good and worth its 30€, with a private van and a driver waiting for us at the arrival area with our name on a paper. On the other hand, for the trip back to the airport one of the owners drove us with his private car, asking us 35€, a bit too much.

wifi in the room but it accually don’t work. could be a bit more cleaner. Pillows not comfortoble after sleeping on it one night my neck hurt for 4 days
