The views from the room we booked and property are exactly as represented in the listing. Sweeping views of the river and valley. You are surrounded by vineyards, and even though you are close to Peso da Regua, you feel like you’re out in the country. The owners/managers were so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and comfortable. They make their own wine and jams there, and we bought a delicious bottle of 26 year old port from them. The breakfast and coffee was good. The views from the pool are stunning and it’s so quiet and relaxing out there. I will definitely stay here again!

Not a negative, necessarily, just be advised you need a car or taxi to get from the property to Peso da Regua. It would be quite difficult to walk there mainly because the roads are narrow, winding, and it would be uphill coming back. If you plan to wine taste or drink in town, a taxi or Uber might be advisable.

The secluded area of the location. Very peaceful with beautiful view of the Douro River. Stunning pool overlooking the River. Individualized and personalized breakfast.

I wish that breakfast could be set up outdoors since the view is absolutely gorgeous. This type of atmosphere will definitely add more appreciation for the guests to enjoy the gorgeous view

Room and bathroom were large, newly renovated with good ac and awesome views. Owners and service were outstanding. The best location in all of Regua if you ask me. Pool was amazing after a hot day in the valley. Owners prepared us a delicious tapas/ dinner on the property upon request. The breakfast was included and equally delicious. Homemade yogurt jams honey . Small , exclusive and an amazing find.

Google map directions were off. The street we were supposed to take was blocked by construction. We found an alternative way in and out Would help if clear directions were included from the property owner.

The property was definitely 5 star as a guest house.

There are no refrigerator in the room and coffee mashine..the place it distand very much from the mane town so its feels that its needed very much. I bought the box vith salad from the supermarked and asked from the one of the team for a fork..He said ...- no.. It was suprising:(

Beautiful accommodation with beautiful views. The staff are lovely and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice big bathroom. the breakfast is also wonderful!

The only downside is accessibility - you really need a car or be prepared to get taxis everywhere.

it is nice for those who like wineyards. However, it should be mentioned that the first place available for dinner is distant and the road to the place itself is very sharp

we were surprised that the owner charged everything that we ate and drinks.

stunning views, comfortable bed, great breakfast

The view was stunning, sitting in the balcony at night overlooking the city in the quietness of the countryside was blissful. The bed was extremely comfortable, a hard mattress that will keep your back in place. The swimming pool is a great touch, albeit a bit too small if there is a “full house”. The breakfast was great with the view, once again, blissful.

There were rules about strict “no eating” in the bedroom, which it seemed strange when the only food they provide is “tapas” and you need to tell them in advance. If you arrive to the property late, make sure you eat before arrival.

The view is amazing! The hospitality is also wonderful. Modern large rooms and the grounds were meticulous. The host was attentive and communicated even though we spoke different languages.

The abrupt right turn i to the driveway is a challenge! Just pass it, turn around and approach from the other direction.

Nice large bedroom, good breakfast and attentive owners, location overlooks Regua with lovely views.

The access to the property is very narrow and steep and our bathroom was smelly (drains) we used Olbas oil on our towels to mask the smell.

the location is really beautiful! although you need a car to get around. just the location and the view makes the whole trip worth it

the place was beautiful, good value for money. the reason I did not rate 10 is coz the staffs were so grumpy. it made me feel so unwelcome and like I’m an intruder to the property. from the check in itself, the looked like they couldn’t be bothered. maybe they deal with way too many tourists and it gets overwhelming however, people pay good money, puts in time and effort to be there and see the beautiful their place has to offer, and it is indeed very beautiful. the people always makes the world of difference in your stay.

The view was amazing. Rooms were very clean and quiet. The hosts were wonderful people. Very good breakfast. They have a beautiful Infiniti pool but on the top of mountain it need to be heated to be enjoyed nonetheless great area for enjoying the sun and read a book. Overall great value and we definitely do it again.

The setting was beautiful and there was a lot of attention to detail within and around the property. Everything was clean and we liked the style of the interiors and appreciated the quality Breakfasts were lovely and served with care. The small pool was a great feature - perfectly located.

Liked everything but if we had been able to make a coffee in our room thst would have been grest.

Whilst there can be a language barrier you did not feel welcome. A 2* at the most.

Awesome view, fantastic hosts and lovely pool. Toured the wine fields and relaxed at the stay - just one night on a road trip. Could easily have been more days. We had dinner at the Quinta: Tapas and the red wine of the house - this actually true here. We also got a great glass of the port wine.
