spacious and airy and location
no lift, 56 stairs. 2 out of the three beds were not comfortable

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and bright. Even though it was very hot outside, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool. All the beds were already made, and the bathroom and toilet were spotless. At first, we had a little trouble finding the keys, but despite our very late check-in at around 2:00 a.m., the hosts replied quickly and helped us immediately. We really appreciated their responsiveness. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would happily stay here again.
There was no oven. It wasn’t a big issue, but it felt a bit unusual for an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. There was also no coffee. Of course, that’s not a must-have, but this was the first apartment we’ve stayed in in Italy where there wasn’t at least a few coffee capsules or sachets for guests—only some leftovers. We also missed having a proper dining table where the whole family could comfortably sit and eat together.

The apartment was very clean - lovely crisp fresh white bedlinen and towels. There were thoughtful things like soap, shower gel and coffee. The instructions about collecting the keys were excellent and easy to follow. Frederico was easy to communicate with. The location was an easy bus ride from the train station and and easy walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
Maybe a small lamp in the bedroom.

Il est bien placé et nous avons trouvé facilement une place au bas de l’immeuble, le dimanche.
Suite à nos observations, on nous a proposé de faire venir le service de ménage dès le lendemain.
Il faisait très chaud dans la mezzanine malgré le petit ventilateur fourni. (Venue en août)
