We had a lovely stay there. Nini Johana is the person at the front desk, she is very friendly and always helpful. Great location, the pool is a plus and a good option to escape the hot weather in the middle of the afternoon. Good that the air co was working properly, this is a must for Cartagena.

Room a bit small

Casa Gloria is very personal, very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet at night, although in the middle of the old town. Good options to have dinner or breakfast in the neighbourhood. The room was tidy and nice - everything I needed was there. I warmly recommend it!

Fantastic location just a few blocks from the main action, which makes it a great getaway from the crazy an quiet at night. Amazing and very helpful staff, able to accommodate requests and knowledgeable of local attractions, not necessarily those standard which is a great plus. I will definitely be coming back

Some rooms have no windows but i am not spending my time there anyway except sleeping.

Great location , walking distance to shops, eating outlets, & sights. Staff were friendly & helpful, room was comfortable. Aircon was lovely. Breakfast was good and cost COP15,000. There is a safe in the room for your valuables. They were happy for me to leave my suitcase there for a few days when I went to Isla Grande.

The shower is a little 'over the top' & I could only get water to spray horizontally from the jets or from the hand attachment, not vertically from the shower head ! Not a big problem, but just something to point out.

The staff were incredible!!!! The women running the place were so sweet and helpful. The courtyard was so beautiful, the rooms were small but exactly what I needed. The air conditioning broke one day, and they did everything they could to help such as providing me with fans. The breakfast was yummy.

no pack’n play (baby bed), no high chair on dining area. this hôtel is not suited for families with young children. Try avoiding rooms 1 and 2 as they are facing the street, noisy. we did not get hot water for 3 days. laundry service is obscenely priced compared to the other hotels we have been in the area. this is definitely not a boutique hotel. if none of those things matter to you the hotel is ok.

Hotel Casa Gloria Boutique is small quiet and family hotel in the perfect position for visitng the center of the city.Surrounding streets are very safe and perfect for walking to the close center. Very friendly and helpful personal, Rooms are very clean with air condition. Breakfast is very tasty and not expenive at all. I can recomend it fully for everybody who wants to spend time in relaxing atmosphere. If I visit Cartagena again I will spend my vacation in this hotel again.

Excellent location , close to many shops and supermarket, Staff was very helpful, i had a 2nd floor room which was very quiet , my room was small but it had a nice bathroom .

My room had a small TV and i was unable to watch anything from bed, water pressure was low.

no hot water for shower. Had to take a room temperature shower every day. On the last night of my stay I came back to the hotel around midnite. buzzed the front door to get in. no answer. knock . no answer. this went on for about 30 minutes. i then looked on booking.com for a phone number didn't see one then went to google and found a phone number. when I called it it was answered but they didn't speak English so they hung up on me called again and same results. called again went right to voice mail. it is 1:00 am at this point and I am still pounding and buzzing the front door while doing this. finally I started to panic . went to coffee shop which was opened 24 hours and google translated back and forth with the young lady that worked there. eventually I asked her to listen to the voicemail message. it left an emergency number: I asked her to call it. she did and someone finally opened the door to the hotel. I asked him why he didn't open the door . he said he didn't hear me. this took about an hour and half and about 10 dollars on my phone bill. It was dry frustrating and scary.

Location was perfect - quiet but within short walking distance of everything in the historic city center. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to leave our luggage there for a week free if charge while visiting the islands, which was nice of them.

The room was rather basic and small but had what you needed. There was no hot water but ranging degrees of cold water. Cleaning could have been better (there was a lot of hair around the sink).

Good location, great to walk around. very close to everything. will get to stay inside the walled city and yet be in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Just outside the hotel, are plenty of places to eat.

Tile in jacuzzi was falling off but that just requires little maintenance. Easy fix

Great location, receptionist was very helpful, helped me booking a boat trip to Rosario islands, the room was clean and tidy. Hot shower. Fridge was very good to have in the room. There was water dispenser available.
