Una de las zonas más tranquila y más cotizada de la isla tanto por su situación, como por su carácter histórico. A truly special find in a wonderful location in Palma. The pictures of the place do not do justice to how well equipped this spot is. It had everything we needed and more - Santi and Angela are excellent hosts who have taken the extra time and care to make sure the place is turn key ready, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. We loved the location - close to the beach and the old town while retaining a quiet "out of the touristy" vibe. We stayed in the off season, so it might be different in the summer, but for us it was the perfect place to enjoy the holidays. We would return in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect apartment for my week stay in Mallorca. Santi and Angela were great hosts. Easy to communicate and check in. The main bus stop for the airport and hop on hop off bus are very close. Short walk to the main sites. The unit was clean and comfortable, good WiFi and TV, and I wish I could have stayed longer. Felt like I really was a resident. Wish to return one day.

We very much enjoyed our 8 nights at La Calatrava located on the edge of "Old Town", it was a clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The owners were great to deal with, very accommodating and helpful from the start! Its a short walk to the Cathedral (A must See) and center of the Old Town with plenty to see along the way. It is a great location with the beach and bus stops near by, including the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus. We would definitely stay again at La Calatrava.

This is a wonderful apartment!
It's nicely decorated, feels very spacious, and is extremely well-stocked. Some vacation rentals you're lucky if you get 1 roll of TP and a bar of soap. Angela and Santi have provided all the supplies you will need. Another bonus is an electric tumble dryer in addition to the washing machine. That's so unusual in European rentals. All appliances worked well and the bathroom had a great shower.
The bed is extremely comfortable, and there's plenty of storage cupboards so you don't feel like you're living out of a suitcase. Another bonus is a smartTV so you can stream using your own Netflix or other streaming platforms. Fast dependable internet as well.
The neighborhood is safe and easy walking distance to the center of town or to the water. Angela and Santi checked in with us periodically via WhatsApp and we always felt they were available even though we didn't need anything because everything worked really well.
We would rent this apartment again in a heartbeat; it's that wonderful!

We could not have been happier with the apartment. It’s is well appointed, has all the amenities you will need and an excellent location to be very close to the old town and beach.
The host could not be more accommodating. From the moment we booked they were in contact with us. We were met at the door, they showed the apartment and had a bottle of wine for us. A few days in to our stay they called to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything.
I would highly recommend the apartment if you would like to be close the old town, peaceful neighborhood and the beach is a very short walk.

Ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad en heb heel veel gezien. Je zit overal dicht bij in een rustig gelegen straat wat het appartement heel uniek maakt. De eigenaars zijn geweldig en doen echt alles voor je. Zeker een aanrader en ik kom zeker terug. Heel erg bedankt Angela en Santi

We rented a car and used the underground parking garage near Plaza Raimundo, a short 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. The place was very quiet at night and perfect for sleeping. We had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to come back and stay again!

Angela und Santi haben uns in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar betreut. Nachdem wir durch Bauarbeiten über unserer Ferienwohnung sehr gestört wurden haben sie dafür gesorgt, dass die Arbeiten für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes eingestellt wurden. Dadurch konnten wir die Zeit in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr genießen. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem was man braucht sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für einen Aufenthalt in Palmas Altstadt können wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir haben sie ca. 3 Wochen über Weihnachten und Neujahr genossen. Nochmals vielen Dank an Angela und Santi

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement au coeur de Palma. L'accueil était très bon et le logement propre et bien équipé.
Seul inconvénient : Il n'y a pas de parking privé. Il faut garer sa voiture dans la ville (à 5-10min du logement).

Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt mit einem kleinen Seiten-Blick vom Balkon auf's Meer, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.

Home away from home!
This apartment is conveniently located at the end of the old town and in walking distance to the Conference Center. It is easily accessible by public and private transportation and has all the conveniences of a modern home. Thanks to Angela and Santi for making my time in Palma de Mallorca so much more enjoyable by sharing their apartment with me!

Tolle Lage
Man kann von diesem Apartment aus locker die ganze Altstadt zu Fuß entdecken (keine 10 Minuten zur Kathedrale).
Der einzige Nachteil, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat, man kann mit dem Auto nicht bis zur Wohnung fahren (Koffer aus- bzw. einladen, Supermarkt-Einkauf). Und einen Parkplatz suchen, der nichts kostet - insbesondere tagsüber - ist ziemlich nervig (mit Glück 10-15 Minuten Fußweg).

lovely apartment in interesting location
This is a lovely, clean and well appointed apartment in the oldest part of Palma. The decor is warm and welcoming and the space large. Comfortable beds and soft towels etc. The sea and park are only five minutes away and the centre, cathedral and other areas of interest are within a twenty minute stroll. In Summer the calm and cool would be welcome but it is quite quiet in the old town in the off peak time. There are some truly stunning churches and we were lucky to visit the Cathedral during a music rehearsal, a memorable experience. We found a couple of family run restaurants near St Eulalia and there are cafes round the main town hall great for people watching but we were surprised that there were not that many and the centre was more quiet than we expected...maybe it is a lot busier in the season. Areas seem to more zoned with commercial, banking, residential and restaurants clustered in their own areas. It would be worth taking the tourist or local bus early in the holiday if you don't know Palma alreadyto get more of an overview and orientation. We took a trip on the old train to Soller which was great fun and the town lively and more centred around tourism. We then decided to have a couple of days in Puerto de Soller which is charming and pleasantly lively. A double centre break was right for us and it was great to see the lovely countryside near Soller (great for walkers). Overall Palma is an interesting place to visit for 3-4 days (ideal for couple) but consider a dual holiday too. Very nice apartment well located.

Amazing old town apartment
This is an amazing, well appointed apartment in the heart of the old town in Palma. Just minutes from the cathedral. My hosts were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend it as a place to stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Santi and we had a fabulous holiday,and plan to return.
The apartment was modern,immaculate and well equipped with everything two people would need.The location was ideal being in the old town of Palma so we could easily find restaurants,bars and galleries.Being in this area felt like being taken back in time with cobbled narrow lamp lit streets and friendly people.

Ideal apartment for our 10 day stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angela and Santi's apartment. The location provides the old town charm with close access to the beach and roads leading in and out of town. We loved the small courtyard of the Santa Fe Cafe just around the corner.
The apartment was comfortable, clean, spacious, and was well stocked for cooking and dining. Shower, washer/dryer, A/C all worked well. Very quiet for sleeping.
We highly recommend this place.
