The location of the property was very good!! Walking distance to Senado Square and the Ruins. There’s also many shopping and dining options around the hotel. The room is also very big and housekeeping was very generous with requests for water, chopsticks and extra towels.

Ah the aircon in our room was not working properly. It was not getting as cold as we had wanted. Perhaps because the facilities need an upgrade.

Location is great, it is in city centre. Price was real good.

The carpet is dusty and made us itchy, but not so much a disaster. Our main concern was the check in experience. I initially made the booking under the name of Milka, then changed it to Jessica, which was approved by Booking.com complete with an email clearly showing the change. Despite this proof (we showed the email to reception), they insisted that the new name (Jessica) could not be found, hence, only Milka (original name) or card owner could check in. The email in fact showed both the new name and old name complete with explanation and confirmation from booking.com yet reception was persistent. We finally checked in with card owner. It just seemed rather unprofessional. As a local resident, I can say this can be quite embarassing if such experience is encountered by foreign tourists. Well good thing at the moment we dont have many tourists yet.

A good variety of food for a complete breakfast... Chinese and american foods are served.
